1. Fire Nicole 
Nicole Scherzinger does not live up to her role as a judge on X Factor. Many believe that Rachel Crow's performance surpassed that of Marcus Canty's on Thursday night and Nicole's refusal to send either home raises suspicions as to whether her refusal was done out of spite per her feud with Simon Cowell. This shows she is unfit for this role as her personal feelings should not cloud her professional judgement.
Whether or not this is true, her own performance as a judge does not fulfill a judge's duties. A judge is there to JUDGE. Otherwise, what's the point of having someone in that position? Keep the integrity of the show and its rules! Furthermore, America is annoyed and we want her FIRED!
2. Santuary fo Gamuchirai Nhengu
Newcastle People`s Working Committee on Zimbabwe & the United Network of Detained Zimbabweans in UK thinks Gamu Nhengu has made a life here in the UK with mates and school she is attending, as a good & law abiding citizen- entertaining and blessing her local community churches with her sweet voice. We ask that she must be given the Discretional Leave to Remain in the country (DLR) considering the volatile political atmosphere back in her home country Zimbabwe under the iron fist rule of Robert Mugabe.
The British High Court recently Ruled that the court had been presented with overwhelming evidence that anyone whos where abouts could not be accounted for more than 3 months is in great danger immediately on arrival in the country from state security agency. (RN (Returnees) Zimbabwe CG [2008] UKAIT 00083)
The court ruled that there should be no forced deportations back to Zimbabwe unless one was willing to go voluntarily, so did the former and current British Prime Minister David Cameroon confirm they would not enforce any removal to Zimbabwe in the current climate.
It is also being claimed that "X FACTOR INFLUENCED THE HOME OFFICE TO DEPORT GAMU FROM THE UK IN ORDER TO MAKE THE BACKLASH AGAINST CHERYL GO AWAY." ALL THESE PROBLEMS ARE ENOUGH FOR ONE GIRL.
3. Bring the X Factor auditions to the North East!
Joe McElderry's success on the X Factor has highlighted one important thing - the X Factor auditions don't come to Newcastle!
Tony Horne In The Morning on Metro Radio spoke to Joe about this - and Joe is fully with us - he's joining the fight to bring the X Factor 2010 auditions to Newcastle - but we need your help too.

4. Alexandra Burke and Beyonce should Release "Listen" Duet as Single
Beyonce and Alexandra Burke have done a Brilliant rendition of Beyonce's single "Listen" on X-Factor.
5. The X factor Winner single, is a clear fix for Diana Vickers to win
Diana Vickers Sang Hallelujah during her audition and got rave reviews from the judges! Now apparently, the winner single is gonna be that exact song.
Not only did she get a bye for being sick, while others who were also sick had to sing, she got good comments from the judges after patience which even her fans will agree was atrocious! And this new development really is the last straw.
Its quite unfair on the other contestants, and clearly a fix for her to win the competition, since they have to sing that song during the final, which will determine the winner.
6. Support the decision to keep Ruth Lorenzo in X-Factor
Saturday's X-Factor saw Ruth Lorenzo and Laura White fight it out in the sing off, the end result being that Laura was voted off the X-Factor.
Obviously neither singer should have been in the bottom two, but nevertheless it's a show in which the public vote for who they like and neither girl secured enough votes to keep them safe.
However, Laura has repeatedly stated in recent interviews that she was voted off tactically rather than on her singing ability. This implies that Laura sang better in the sing off than Ruth and therefore that Ruths position in the show is not based on her talent.
I disagree with this so strongly that I would like to show support for Ruth by setting up a petition to counter-act one set up in order to get Laura re-instated.
Please, everyone sign this petition and show Ruth that we believe she deserves to be in the competition.
7. Laura White was Tactically removed from the X Factor - Unfair!!!

Cheryl was right. Tacktics. Laura was OBVIOUSLY amazing, one of the ones to beat, so Louis, to try and make the chances of J.L.S. winning stronger, voted her off. Simple when you think about it, isn't it?? So please sign this petition to let Laura know that she is amazing and Louis know that his tacktics were noticed and we all think that he is very very sneaky.........................

8. Get Laura White a record deal!
Laura White, contestant on the X-factor, was undeservedly voted off.
Having one of the best voices around, this girl should not have gone from the show while lesser contestants got through!
9. X Factor judges - Release a charity single!
The X Factor judges are always criticizing people's singing, so I think it would be a bit of fun if they released a charity single of them and their singing voices, and the proceeds can go towards a charity such as Comic Relief.
I think we would all love to hear Simon and Louis sing their hearts out.
10. Eton Road - give the boys a recording contract NOW!
Eton Road are the most exciting new act, and the fact they were brought to our attention via a reality tv show means we have the right to request a future in their careers.
They are talented singers, dancers and have all the charisma required of a pop phenomenon. They are bigger than the X Factor and have global potential.
There is a huge audience out there that are demanding the opportunity to hear and see more of what they can achieve.
