Mahinda Rajapaksa, President of Sri Lanka and Commander in Chief of the Sri Lankan Armed Forces has committed genocide on Tamil people in Sri lanka during the Civil War against Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam.
The Tamil People are tortured and are not given their rights till now. Rajapaksa must be arrested for his war crime and he must be sentenced to death.
Note : In April 2011, Ban Ki-moon published a report by a UN-appointed panel of experts, which concluded that as many as 40,000 people were killed in the final weeks of the war between the Tamil Tigers and government forces.

4. THE PETITION FOR FORGIVENESS
Throughout History we have been subject to many crimes, locally & in the World Community. We have also committed many crimes, as a country, within Countries Worldwide. This petition, THE PETITION OF FORGIVENESS, seeks to right our Transgressions by way of personal forgiveness of Acts Committed against Humanity: Crimes committed on our Behalf, in Self-Defense, or without our knowledge.

5. Demand the UN (MONUSCO) & DR Congo Government to arrest wanted ICC war criminal NTAGANDA now
Nearly 6 million people have died in Congo since 1996, half of them children 5 yrs old or younger and hundreds of thousands of women have been gang-raped while armed groups responsible for these crimes go unpunished.
We, concerned citizens around the world demand MONUC and government of DR Congo to take concrete actions to arrest Bosco Ntaganda wanted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for war crimes. MONUC is currently the largest UN peacekeeping mission in the world with more than 17,600 uniformed personnel from 58 countries with and annual budget of more than $1bn.
In April 2008, the International Criminal Court (ICC) unsealed the warrant of arrest against Mr. NTAGANDA which was first issued on 22 August 2006 by Pre-Trial Chamber I. The Chamber concluded that there were reasonable grounds to believe that from July 2002 to end of December 2003, Mr. NTAGANDA had played an essential role in enlisting and conscripting children under the age of fifteen years into the FPLC and using them to participate actively in hostilities.
6. Bring Justice to Victims of War Crimes in 1971 in Bangladesh
This petition is to the Bangladesh Government to initiate, without delay, a thorough investigation on the war crimes and bring justice to the victims of war crimes who were tortured, humiliated and murdered during the war in 1971.
7. "Unity In The Community Campaign"
U.I.T.C.C, a 2004 Houston, Texas grassroots 'Community Entity', was formed for one purpose….to visualize, create, design and implement ‘solutions’ to national and international problems.
On September 11, 2004, a call for the organization, mobilization and promoting for participation by municipalities throughout the area to adopt and implement, “Safety and Nuclear Preparedness" measures to nearly 17 million Texas citizens was made on the steps of City hall in Houston, Texas.
Efforts of UITCC were recognized and proclaimed by Houston’s Mayor, Bill White, as “9-1-1 Unity In The Community Day”, the first in the United States to proclaim such a day.
U.I.T.C.C continues to utilize “9-1-1 Unity In The Community Day” as a time to reflect and remember… as well as measure its yearly progression towards "Global Unification".
