HLS are world-renowned animal killers. 500 animals die there every day. One HLS (Huntingdon Life Sciences) worker took a beagle out of his cage to get a blood sample. The dog wouldn't stay still so he shook him and jabbed the needle in and made him cry. The dog moved again and he shook him harder and gave him another jab.
Another watched all this and all he did was laugh. HLS are obviously people who find humour in pain and suffering. Another beagle had a chemical used in food packaging shoved down her throat. A woman was trying to inject some rats with a chemical. If a rat cried, she would shake it and yell "shut up rat!" Animal testing is necessary for human medicine, I hear you say. It isn't. In fact, it is dangerously misleading. For example, chimpanzees are immune to HIV and Malaria, penicillin is toxic to guinea pigs, and if you give morphine to cats, they stay awake, if you give to humans, it has the opposite effect. The usual cry from the vivisectors is TINA (there is no alternative).
This is not true. In fact, there are plenty of alternatives to animal testing, like fake skin and organs, human volunteers and computer models. Animal rights activists are, I hear you say, all dangerous maniacs. It is true that some of us, but not all of us. For instance, animal aid only use peaceful methods, as do numerous other groups, and many animal rights activists have also campaigned for people as well, as I have.
2. Stop monkeys being shipped in their thousands to UK laboratories 
Although experimenting on monkeys caught in the wild was banned in Britain in 1997, laboratories across the UK have begun exploiting a ‘loophole’ in the law.

Each female will have to bear at least one baby per year, which is forcibly weaned at eight months and exported soon after.
Birmingham University & Bristol University are using the loopholes.
Since 1968, in the wake of the thalidomide tragedy, the Government has required new medicines to be tested in animals. But 9 out of 10 drugs that pass animal tests
are unsafe or ineffective in humans.
It is time to compare animal tests with today’s advanced human biology-based methods. Please ask your MP to sign Early Day Motion 475 today.
Animal testing (a.k.a. vivisection) is probably the worst form of animal cruelty in history. Every second, every minute, every hour, every day, every week, every year, every DECADE, an animal dies from gruesome and unnecessary experiments. In fact, it has been proven that 25 to 50 BILLION non-human primates and companion animals die annually... all because of vivisection.
But the good news is that we can do something about it, such as spreading the word, boycotting products that have been tested on, and by SIGNING THIS PETITION.

5. Stop Animal Experiments at Bradford University
A petition to call upon the University of Bradford to immediately end all animal experiments and replace them with alternative testing methods that do not involve the pain and suffering of living creatures.
6. Against Cancer Research UK testing on animals
Cancer Research UK test on animals, so those of you planning on or already supporting them, think again. Animals have just as much rights as humans, abusing them in labs is simply not acceptable. Please stop supporting them.
I plan to send this petition to CRUK and show them that we will not accept it.
Animal testing is cruel and unnecessary, we can use human cells and computer imaging to find cures a lot better than by testing on animals, because animals and humans react differently to things.
Penicillin is poisonous to a lot of animals, but saves human lives. It is cruel to keep animals in cages and kill them to find something that isn't likely to work.
Many cures for cancer have been found using rats, but have failed to work on humans.
8. Replace Animal Experiments at Sussex Uni
The University of Sussex, Brighton (UK) have bee exposed carrying out painful, barbaric and unnecessary tests on animals. Despite denying any involvement in animal testing, their own research papers tell an entirely different story.
Experiments have involved heart procedures on rabbits, making rats addicted to alcohol and electrocuting them, injecting baby mice with stress-inducing substances and snapping their necks, capturing voles from the wild and using them in experiments, drilling holes in the ears of guinea pigs, and links to primate research.
The University is continuing to deny these facts and are flatly refusing co-operating with our requests for transparency in their research and a critical examination into the reliability and true necessity of the tests, with consideration to one of the hundreds of alternative non-animal methods.
9. Shut Down Huntingdon Life Sciences
Huntingdon Life Sciences (HLS) is Europe’s largest contract animal testing laboratory.
They have about 70,000 animals on site, including rabbits, cats, hamsters, dogs, guinea-pigs, birds and monkeys. These animals are destined to suffer and die in cruel, useless experiments.
10. STOP HUNTINGDON LIFE SCIENCES, Europe's largest vivisection lab
Huntingdon Life Sciences is Europe's largest vivisection lab. They have labs Situated in Huntingdon (UK),Occold (UK) and in NJ (USA).70,000 animals including dogs,cats,rabbits,monkeys and guinea pigs are imprisoned in poor conditions. All animals will die after suffering horrifically.Drugs and chemicals are pumped into the animals to see the effects but these effects are not the same as with humans.
These experiments are pointless and cruel. HLS has been exposed 4 times with cruelty to animals including beating and shaking puppies. 500 animals die every day. Help stop this cruel prison.
11. YES FOR THE CLOSING OF MONKEYS CENTER FROM BAZIEGE (FRANCE)
A petition against the vivisection. We ask that the monkey center from Baziege, called BIOPRIM, be closed because there are many risks :
- human risks : the virus injected into monkeys can be very contagious to human beings. This firms is near of a food warehouse.
- animal risks : animals suffer very much because there is vivisection.
