121. Herrick and Wick residents demand residential permit parking

Because the heartland health center has limited parking [the center has 171 beds and circa 25 parking spaces] 75% of the center's workers [not visitors] park on our residential street every day. This is not only an inconvenience but also a safety hazard, particularly since Herrick Street is a dead end street. The center is clearly in violation of many rules.

We have tried to find a solution to this problem with the city of Allen Park, but after 2 yrs of nothing but empty promises we, the Herrick and Wick residents wish to petition the city to enact a residential permit parking [RPP] that restricts non resident parking to 2 hrs.M-F 9-5pm.

122. Support for construct of trafic diversion island on the 1300 blk of S. Washington Street

The completed T-Rex and Light-rail project including a new light rail hub on Louisiana and south Washington street will have immediate impact on auto and pedestrian traffic directly impacting the saftey and quality of life of the residents of the 1300 blk od south Washing street. A perposial has beeb put forth by Robert Dorroh from CDOT to construct a traffic diversion island in the South intersection of S. Washington Street and Louisian to discourage neighboorhood access via South Washington Street. If this diversion were constructed, the only way to access the 1300 blk of S. Washington immediatly South of Louisiana would be from Arkansan on the South or a right turn from eastbound Louisiana. Traffic exiting Washington onto Louisiana would only be able to turn right and proceed eastbound.

123. Reinstate Municipal Parking lot on 6th street between North and Broadway

The parking lot located on 6th street between North and Broadway, has been a municipal parking lot for 30 years. The city has leased this lot, collected parking monies and maintained this lot to provide parking for its downtown merchants and their patrons. In May of 2003, the city was informed that the lease would not be renewed. The city did nothing to try to keep the lot, which serves upward of a dozen local merchants in the immediate vicinity. We the undersigned of this petition request that the city take action to: 1) reinstate the lot as a municipal lot, either through legal action or negotiations, or 2) address the lack of parking by appointing monies to build/ develop municipal parking lots.

124. Mail delivery in Terry Mississippi

In moving to Claiborn street I was told I had to pay for a post office box. Upon further investigation I learned that no one on my street has mail delivered because they were told the same thing. Even though mail has been delivered when our post office was small (there are mailboxes on several houses-not at the curb!). Now our post office is HUGE and we deserve our mail delivered to our homes. It is our right.

126. Clear snow piles from Boutin Ave

The Town of Hinton has been plwoing snow on Boutin Ave to one side of the street. They will not plow to the opposite side of the street due to fire hydrants. But they will do not any intentions in the near future to remove the snow from that side of the street and so those who park out on the street are now parking in just about in the middle of the street. They also will not clear the small areas of piled snow that block private access to walkways.

128. Petition for Road Humps on Larchwood Drive, Dallas

Larchwood Drive in Dallas, Texas, has had a long history of speeding vehicles at all times of the day and night. This is a residential street with many pedestrians. Children use this street as their main path to the neighborhood Elementary and Junior High Schools.

Larchwood residents have also been the victims of random gunfire and more recently gun shots fired into their homes. We believe the installation of road humps will deter traffic through our neighborhood and help return a feeling of security to our families.

Please take a moment to sign this petition via email. Pass it along to other residents in the neighborhood.

Thank you for supporting these improvements to our neighborhood.

129. Open Public Space at the Old Maple Leaf School Site

In the late 1980's, the Seattle Public schools tore down what was the Maple Leaf elementary school. Since this time, the school district has been deciding what to do with the property.

The Meadowbrook Community Council has approached the public schools, City of Seattle, and other institutions about creating an open space allowing this area to be a recharge acquifer for Thornton Creek.

The Meadowbrook Community Council Open Space Committee would like to see this area remain as open space instead of being developed as housing. This property may be zoned for 18 houses. This will add congestion and traffic to a street that already has issues with traffic.

To support this action, please contact Ron English at Seattle Schools to be put on notice of any votes to occur around this issue. His contact information: renglish@seattleschools.org or 206-252-0651. If the Seattle Public Schools decides to sell, they should do so by community involvement to chose a seller.

130. Exclusion of Skating in Bournemouth Center

Recently in Bournemouth town center and the surrounding areas, street skating has been banned. Those found committing the offence have had their boards confiscated. The skate park above the lower toilets has also recently been taken away, so now, those who want to skate have to skate on the streets.

Not only is street skating on the streets dangerous, but it also disturbs the peace of the area. We are doing a petition, to get a safe place to skate in Bournemouth town center, as Poole and other skate parks are too far away for us to walk to.
Even if you don't skate in Bournemouth center, if they've taken our park, then they'll be after yours too.
Please support our cause by signing our petition. Thank-you.

131. Support Matt & Frankie

Ever since Dream Street broke-up things have definitely changed. Whenever you pick up a magazine you will see pictures of the guys all over the magazines. Actually, that isn't quite the case. Am I the only one who notices that we usually only see articles/pictures on Chris, Greg & Jesse. It may be because as of right now they are more involved in the music business, but Frankie & Matt are still fulfilling their dreams of being in the spotlight once again. If you feel the same way I do, then sign this petition! You'll feel good knowing that you helped Frankie & Matt get in more magazines. Pass this on to your friends and don't forget to leave a comment saying how you feel! Once I get enough signatures I will pass this on to a couple of magazines. Thank you!

132. A Nightmare on Elm Street {Special Edition} box set

The Nightmare on Elm Street films have been an icon in the horor world, New Line has already given us a box set (with bonus DVD), but I have found the deleted/ alternate scenes. What I'm asking is for New Line to make a new box set with a deleted scenes section. I'm sure all "Nightmare" fans would like to see Nancy survive at the end of part 3, well if the deleted/alternate scenes were put in you would.

135. Drag Strip/Speedway In The GTA

Hey All,

I recently went to a local police meeting on May 22nd 2002. They were discussing the amount of street racing that happens in the GTA. They say that in the GTA area alone there is about 20,000 modified cars (this number does not include the amount of the older hot rods of the earlier decades). The persons that attended this meeting owned at least 1 if not svereal modified cars.

When all the talking was done the officers and the people talked about certain issues and 1 of theses issues was concerning a local dragway/speedway.

We all came to the conclusion that the government is not really gonna consider sponsoring such a thing so here I am bringing all of this forward to all of the people. I am hoping that this petition will spark really well. Who know's maybe some things can happen like someone actually putting up a speedway.

Also one more quick note. The GTA holds some of the biggest car shows in North America. As an Import Street enthusiast I would love to see all of these cars show their stuff but I would rather see it done in a smart way Boys/Girls.

So stay off the streets if your gonna decide to race cuz all your doing is putting people's lives at risk. Your's and the people surrounding that local area. Thank You For Your Time.

136. Fair treatment of taxpayers of Langhorne, Pa.

We the tax payers of Langhorne, Pa. feel that the privatising of West Harthorne Street to a private road, should not be subject to Snow removal, street repair, street lighting nor tree removal or trimming at the cost of tax payers of Langhorne township.

Also we feel the cost of police officers giving tickets to drivers unfamiliar with this act should not be paid out of township monies. If the people of West Hawthorne need a private street, then they should expect to pay all cost of police, fire, street, and all other services used.

138. End car rider parents having to remain in their vehicles @ Ellendale Elementary

It is a violation of parental rights to not allow a mother or father to park their vehicle on the street and walk up to the doors of the school to pick their child up from a long day. We do not want to wait until 3:00 to pick our children up, which is when they dismiss walkers. We pick our children up at the door because we want to be right there when they walk out. That should be our prerogative. We should be allowed to pick them up at 2:45 when the car riders are dismissed. Why should we have to come up to the school at 2:10, thats 35 minutes before the bell rings to get a decent place in that long line of cars so our children don't have to stand in line for 15 to 20 minutes out in the heat or cold waiting for mom or dad to get up there to them while the line slowly moves along. We could be standing at the door when the car riders are dismissed @ 2:45, get our child, and get out of the way. I truely do not believe that mom's and dad's standing at the door and walking to the car holding the childs hand as they cross the street (where the crossing guard is) is causing a real big safety problem for the children. If anything, I believe it would be the opposite. Our children and his/her safety is our number one priority. We do not need such controlling people sitting around making up rules telling us how to maintain the safety of our children. Keeping our children safe at dismissal time is one of our greatest priorities. That's why we are more comfortable meeting them at the door and we should not be penalized 15 minutes for that.

139. Friday The 13th Part 7 Re-mastered Uncut DVD

How can I help get Part 7 uncut on DVD?

Now, you may be a little confused but don't. This is the plan: When Jason X
is released, Mr Buechler (director of Part 7) wants to make a noise. Well in
the mean time to Jason X being released, all the fans on the web need to come together and send letters and printed off E-mails to the following
address:

MMI
12031 Vose Street
North Hollywood, CA 91605

We need to send lots of letters and printed off E-mails and this will all
build up into sacks and sacks full hopefully. Then when Jason X is released
and Mr Buechler has alot of letters, he is going to call Paramount and
arrange a meeting and take in all these letters in a big sack at once. They
won't be able to ignore that!
If you consider yourself a Friday the 13th fan please, write some letters
and print off E-mails and send them to

MMI
12031 Vose Street
North Hollywood, CA 91605

The letters on the inside have got to be Dear Paramount. But the address on
the outside has to be

MMI
12031 Vose Street
North Hollywood, CA 91605

That way Mr Buechler will recieve them and take them into Paramount and that
means Paramount can not lie and say they have not recieved any. We can't
wait to see there reply when Buechler brings in sacks and sacks full of
letters.
Also, say what you would like to see on the dvd, give features and pitch a
concept. But make sure you ask for Part 7 to be released uncut and be
polite.
Please send your letters and printed off E-mails and let's get Friday The
13th Part 7 and the rest of the series uncut on dvd.

We can do this and we will, remember every letter counts that inculdes yours
so take a few minutes and write that letter! It took over a 1000 letters to
get Star Trek back on the air so it will take about that to get Part 7 uncut
on dvd.

I have a (horror)website can I help?

Yes you can, please put this link on your page and link it to this site so
more people will find out about how to get Part 7 uncut on dvd. We will link
you back ofcourse, just let us know!

Link it to http://www.gutsandgore.com/part7uncut

DO NOT LINK THE BANNER DIRECTLY,
PLEASE PUT IT ON YOUR OWN SITE!

Scenes that were cut.

- Michael's death by spike was more graphic.(Tina's flashback of him was
more graphic as well)

- Dan's death with Jason's hand busting through him was more graphic and
impactful.

- When Russell got gacked w/ Jason's axe there was a BIG burst of blood like
a fountain!

- When Judy was slammed in the sleeping bag, there's more hits against that
tree, and each progressively bloodier than the last

- When Maddy was killed we got to see the syth bite into her neck.

- When Ben's head got crushed-- it got squeezed to the size of a bloody
walnut

- When Dr. Crews got gutted, we got to see his guts

- When Melissa was axed, we got to see the impact.

- And the final teaser ending of the film was removed, where Jason comes up
from the depths and kill an unsuspecting fisherman

- There were also several subtractions of blood and effects track elements
that are missing throughout the film. These scenes exist in one form or
another.

144. Eradicate Stupidity

Throughout history people with common sense have suffered as a consequence of the actions of stupid people. It has also been known that stupid people have suffered due to their own stupid actions.

People who decide to play football while attempting to ski; people who like to fall asleep while they are cooking; people who don't know how to punch a proper voting ballot; people who leave their engine running while they are trying to fill the gas tank - all these people have caused unnecessary suffering and distress in one way or another.

If stupidity is eradicated then so will unnecessary stress and suffering. The economy will boom.

It is necessary to eradicate stupidity. By doing so, some of the world population will inevitably be destroyed - but that can only be a good thing - as it will keep the planet from over-populating.

Please support this nobel cause. Think of your children's future. Your future.
