1. Bring Back Our Disney Childhood 
Disney Channel. Whats the first thing that came to your mind? Was it Kim Possible on her lastest mission fighting the bad guys with her witty sidekick Ron? Or was it Cece and Rocky once again dancing on "Shake It Up Chicago"?
For most of the kids from middle schools/high schools thought of Kim Possible! But here's the problem. IT BARLEY EVER AIRS ON TV! We need to bring back our childhood! We WONT let it wash away into only god knows where!
2. The Jay Lindsey Recording Contract Petition
Jay Lindsey is an incredible R&B singer/songwriter who's talent is simply pure genius. He has been in pursuit of a record deal for many years, but in the music industry, more often than not, it's not a matter of what you know, but who you know.
Jay Lindsey has been singing since the tender age of 4, starting in the church with his family gospel group, "God's Chosen," lead by his mother, Reverend Sandra David. This amazing artist later ventured to New York City, where he was noticed by rap legend Big Daddy Kane, who took Jay Lindsey under his wing, and put him in the music video for Kane's single, "Hold It Down." He would go on to be noticed by the likes of fellow R&B artist Tyrese, who calls him "The Truth," Dru-Hill member, Jazz, as well as multi-platinum group 112, who took to twitter to label Jay Lindsey as BOLD, AUTHENTIC, CREATIVE, and HEARTFELT, after they heard his song, "Last Words Before Suicide."
In a way, Jay Lindsey is somewhat reminiscent of the late great R&B legend, Donny Hathaway, because of the pain that he intertwines between his lyrics and melodies. Other songs, such as "4 A Long Time," which is the first cover song Jay Lindsey ever did, showcases some of Jay Lindsey's vocal abilities. This extraordinary talented artist has endured homelessness, slept in abandoned buildings, sung on the streets of Hollywood Blvd in the cold and rain on many occasions, and more... all for his dream of being an official professionally signed recording artist. Jay Lindsey may not have a huge fan base at the moment. Due to limited resources, this artist has not been able to make a professional music video, or promote his music like he would like to, but his talent speaks volumes, and quite simply... the kid is good. He knows his music, and deserves a shot. This talent cannot keep going un-noticed, so today we come to you, the people.

3. Support Monster in Mass Production of previously cancelled Tron T1 and Daft Punk Over-Ear Headphones
After the release of Disney's 'Tron: Legacy' movie, Monster Cable Products decided to produce headphones that would be designed by Disney and have an amazing quality, great sound experience, and have a futuristic, stunning look. They created Tron T1 black and T1 Daft Punk limited edition headphones. They were made and presented at Monster CES 2012.
Some of the well-known, famous people have these headphones, but the rest of us, had to wait for it's official release date. After a year of promises and delays, Monster cancelled Tron T1 headphones. From what I and other people saw, the released product looked, felt and sounded no less than awesome. Not all of us were able to try these headphones in real life, but even reviews by other people state that these are cool gadgets for music listening and gaming. To Monster, these headphones weren't good enough.
These T1's had to be better in all aspects than other famous headphones. After Monster cancelled T1's, China started officially manufacture cheap copies of T1 Daft Punk headphones. Those are awful and not even nearly the same headphones as what Monster presented at CES 2012. They are similar by looks, but Chinese copies are made from cheap materials, and aren't exactly the same looking models like those from Monster.
These are the headphones that many would want to buy and this is not an exaggeration. Just take a look at all the chinese replicas of T1's being sold only this month. What more to say, but that we want real Tron T1 headphones back in production by Monster team!
4. Support a Student Bill of Rights

Students in the United States are blessed to have legal rights, freedoms and protections. These include constitutional, civil, contract, consumer rights and rights specific to higher education. They are scattered, however, through a number of legal documents and court decisions making it hard for students to find them.

6. Entry Sign at Gordonvale 'Hometown of Nate Myles'
Described by Queensland State of Origin coach Mal Meninga as "built for Origin", Nate Myles has been stalwart for the Queensland team for the past seven series.
He enjoyed a stellar series in 2012, being named best-on-ground in Game One in Melbourne.
And following his 20th game Queensland in the 2012 Decider at Lang Park (topping the hit-up count with 18 for 132 metres and making 29 tackles), he was named player-of-the-series winning the Wally Lewis Medal.
I recognise that Nate had a rough patch a few years ago but has he has since changed clubs to be a leader at the Gold Coast Titans where he's let his football do the talking and done us all proud. He has matured enormously as a person and a player and is a real role model for rugby league players and young people in general in Gordonvale.
Innisfail has a sign honouring its State of Origin heroes Billy Slater and Ty Williams and it's about time we get one for Gordonvale too.
As all of you directioners know, One Direction's management missed Perth on their Australian Tour.

8. Lower the age for a smear test to 20 years old
I want to get enough signatures for lowering the age to 20 years old to be eligible for a cervical cancer smear test when they notice symptoms or changes. The government and NHS have stated that you have to be 25 to be able to get checked out.
Most teenagers and women under the age of 25 are sexually active which can trigger cervical cancer. According to the screening programme, around 4,500 lives are saved every year through these interventions to prevent cancer developing. It was Jade Goody who gave me inspiration after she had cervical cancer.
Also a 23-year-old girl Mercedes Curnow from Cornwall died of cervical cancer because doctors said she was too young for a smear test, her devastated family have claimed.That is why I am wanting to petition so these deaths of young women can be prevented!

10. Martin Linenko Jr. - Requesting Release from Segregation at Fairbanks Correctional Facility
This is Nicole Smith, fiancee of Martin Linenko Jr, aka Yae Neech. Martin has never been a threat to the Fairbanks community, where he was born and raised and has strived to only become a better man and father to his family.
Since a young child he's been well known to the members of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, participated in sports (mostly football), and spent summers doing construction jobs.
Several years back he decided to try his hand in the music business by starting a legit music label...recording music, making & selling instrumentals, collaborating with industry artists on tracks, as well as coordinating live performances here in the Fairbanks area.
The Law assumes that Martin is a threat (an expression of intention to inflict evil, injury or damage) to our community. If you know him at all, you would know that this is NOT in his character. His family and I have created a PETITION appealing to authority with RESPECT to his cause. In support of "Yae Neech" we are asking that you PLEASE take a moment of your time to SIGN THIS PETITION for him.

11. Pressure Discovery Medical Aid to change limits on Allied Medical
Discovery Health Medical Aid has drastically changed their coverage for all allied health professionals for 2012.
It is unreasonable to go from unlimited benefits to a low maximum.
We are asking Discovery Health Scheme to appoint an independent commission of enquiry to investigate alternative ways of curbing abuse of benefits, without capping the limits.

Kempsey Shire Council's proposed application to IPART for a Special Rate Variation has been strongly opposed by the Kempsey Shire community, yet despite this the council decided to proceed with the application even though during the 2011 meetings it was firmly expressed it would cause considerable hardship to the community.
It raises serious concerns about community representation on issues affecting the community.
This is an opportunity to have your voice heard, as this petition will be delivered to the organisation IPART who make the decision on applications for Special Rate Variations and who consider community input.
17. Build Smithsburg a skatepark
Skateboarding is more than just a fad. In fact Skateboarding is the fastest-growing youth sport in America. Our kids need a safe place in their community to practice, build their skills and foster a sense of belonging.
A community skatepark is about much more than just ramps and rails. A skatepark is a haven for youth riders who want to safely practice their sport, learn from other riders and socialize. We need our community to make this happen for our kids.

Sidewalk A-Frame signs have been the most valuable tool in successfully building our massage therapy and acupuncture clinic. We have been slowly growing our business for almost seven years and in the short time we have been without our signs we have seen a notable decrease in our client traffic.
If we have no visibility many of us will experience significant losses including but not exclusive to small businesses and their customers.
The D.R.E.A.M. Act would allow children and students who have grown up in the United States, have graduated from high school and have no criminal record, to attend and complete college or serve 2 years in the military to legalize their immigration status.

Australia has the technology to be able to run the whole of Australia of solar power.
The scientists have not had any backing of the Australian government to fund this venture for over 20yrs -
But the solar sectors believed in themselves & clean renewable energy enough to go ahead with their research anyway.
Australia and one of our solar sectors have developed a concentrated solar cell - That takes up less space then the other solar cells. It has been one man's own development , & thinking ahead for Australia, with no support from the Australian government .

That would have no impact of loss of jobs in the coal industry,
That's all they cared about - job loss !

If jobs were offered in the solar sector , Same wage lesser duties - No reteaching ..... I don't think the coal miner would object to the same pay with lesser, liter duties. And are apart of a sustainable future in renewable energy .
Non-Renewable energy - Has got us so far , Pulled us out of the dark ages , But it is like we are still in the dark ages, In thought.
NON - RENEWABLE = coal is like a sponge , that over thousands of years have sucked the carbon from the air . When we burn it to fuel our energy consumption .
We are just releasing and putting the carbon back in the air - Everything has a purpose .
Coal & even tree are carbon sponges - that we keep ringing out , back into the environment.
Climate change is trying to tell us something .
WE SHOULD LISTEN - AND NOW
The next power source has already been developed.
It just a matter of us giving the credit where its due.
And let Australia pioneer as the first country to be run entirely off RENEWABLE , SUSTAINABLE Energy.

Now that the Bush era is over I am sure I can get help!. I am a 5th generation American (German decent), I am 33 years old and have epilepsy, which makes me totally disabled and unable to work, drive or take care of our children.
In Jan 2006, my Pakistani born husband (of 9 years) and father of our children (son 7 and Daughter 3, she was 4 months old when this all happened) was arrested by ICE, tortured and deported with NO CHARGES or any faults on his part. After they tortured him and after they could not find anything on him, they put him in solitary where he begged to be sent back to Pakistan (the only option given him other than to be beat more for no reason), where he had not been since 1980. He had not even taken a trip to Pakistan in that 25 year time and does not have any family or friends here, where we all now reside.
With no place to go, I followed in 2007, after selling my wedding ring for passports and plane tickets for the children and I. We lived apart from him for 2 years and could take it no more. Our last month in the USA, December 2007 we lived in a homeless shelter in center city Philadelphia while we awaited the day of departure, January 17th 2008. This was the only option open to me at that time. Here in Pakistan, both my husband and I have had our lives threatened and we live in constant fear of the frequent bombs as well as kidnapping.
My husband has been our only support, he is educated but can not find a job because of his American Education and ideas. We went to the American Embassy seeking help but I was told that if I divorce my husband, they will send myself and the children back to the USA to live in a Homeless shelter, except for that they can not do anything for us. We have tried to contact lawyers and they require a minimum of $10,000 payment before they can help. At this point we have less than $20 to our name. Please do not take this as asking for money I am just asking for help in correcting and injustice and in keeping an American family together as we wish to be, in the USA. Please help in getting us back to the USA together!!

The government have decided to make cut backs on our education, sport is one of the cut backs.
After christmas sport isn't going to be available to students. We want to try to prevent this so please sign as this will be sent to our local TD who will hopefully help us!!
Allow goats and chickens to be kept as pets, permitting they are not roosters. Goats and chickens are a great way to teach kids responsibility, respect, and love for animals. Goats are just like dogs they can be walked and played with and are very loving and gentle.
Goats are less noisy than dogs I know from experience, and cleaner too. Pigs are already accepted in La mesa as pets. Goats and chickens used to be permitted in my neighborhood until it was annexed into the city.
Our chickens are quiet and provide eggs for our family. People should be able to keep a reasonable amount of animals on their private property as long as noise levels are kept within reason and are not a nuisance.
