1. Relocate Charles River Towers garbage and recycling pickup 
At present entire CRT (131 and 151) garbage and recycling bins are being picked up from the rear of the 131 side of building. All 151 side bins being pushed out to 131 side every day. It has been very exasperating and discomforting hearing the trucks emptying the bins within close premises.
Upon completion of garage project on 151 side it is essential to ask the trustee to make the decision and to relocate the Garbage and Recycling pick up to 151 side.
There is unquestionably more maneuver space on 151 side for the trucks to turn around, there is no immediate building like the “Horizon” apartments on 131 side to reverberate the sound back to building and above all it would not cause any additional work for the building janitors.
2. Northtyneside County Council should relocate local bus stop
Constant anti-social behaviour from under age youths drinking, fighting, graffitiing and causing general distress on a severe regular basis.
Gravesend & Northfleet Football Club faces the biggest threat in its 60-year history if plans to relocate Gillingham FC to the borough come to
fruition.
4. Safe Guarding Our Catalpa St Community
Relocating tenants at 4710 Catalpa St. Apt A.
Tenants residing at 4710 Catalpa St. Apt."A" have been and continue to threaten, harrass, vandalize, and disturb the peace throughout the Hillside Village Community for several years.
After numerous attempts to reconcile our differences, we have been left with no other alternative than to file police reports. However, police interevention and our attempts to maintain peaceful relations with these tenants have failed. We have been left with no other choice than to petition for their relocation of residency.
It is time to unite and safeguard our community. Please sign this petition to relocate the tenants of 4710 Catalpa St. Apt."A" for a peaceful tommorrow in our communiity.
