1. Re-arrange timetable to give at least 1 more week for Finals revision 
Browsing through the final year handbook during Christmas holidays (as you do trying to avoid IPL essay) it has come to the notice of a few of us final years that we only have two weeks revision before our Finals this year (this includes time for clinical lectures if they decide to put them on).
This is in comparison to this years accelerated students who were given 5 weeks revision time directly leading up to their exams (including 1 weeks of clinical lectures - different to the week scheduled for us).. They all passed!
We also believe previous years have been given 4 weeks revision time running up to their finals.
Given that we're only scheduled to have between 1/2 and 2/5 of the revision time allocated to previous final years.. We're more than a tad worried! is anyone else?
2. Name the Newest Carrier - CVN 78 - The USS AMERICA
On April 19, 2005 the US NAVY had the USS AMERICA CV-66 taken out into the Atlantic Ocean for live testing to see what it will take to sink a super carrier. She will be sunk in 6,000 feet of salt water never to be seen again.
We want her name to continue to be proudly displayed on the next carrier to be built around 2007 and be commissioned around 2014.
This petition is to ask for Medtronic Minimed to bring back the Quick Set Infusion Set to be offered for the Paradigm family of Insulin Pumps, due to the customer dissatisfaction with the new Quick Set Plus Infusion Sets.
4. Bobby Convey should get a UK work Permit
Having played in 100% of his countries games in the previous year and being an exceptional talent, Bobby Convey has been denied a UK Work Permit for questionable reasons. Please Support the campaign to have the decision reversed.
5. Parent/citizen concern for students attending Jefferson Township Schools
We the parents of students attending our Jefferson Township Schools are concerned about the failure rates of our children/students. It appears that parents have voiced their concern an approximately (ongoing) 3-4 yrs. in reference to this matter and the board members have listened and stated they are not hearing enough complaints,nor have the principals of these buildings, and the previous superintendent's. This is false, and definitely not true. Some of us parent's have contacted the Superintendent and the previous Principals to no avail. We were assured improvement would be made and to date it has not, and now our children are also being harrassed by teachers.
If one teacher voices a complaint about a student or more students, then the other teachers that the students also attend classes with are gathered to meet and discuss negatively in a meeting with said child or children. THIS TRULY LOWERS THE SELF-ESTEEM OF OUR CHILDREN AND THEY DON'T WANT TO ATTEND THE CLASS OF SAID TEACHER'(S) NOT KNOWING WHAT TO EXPECT. "WE ARE TIRED AND WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT THIS BEHAVIOR TOWARD OUR CHILDREN." The teaching concept no longer has any regard to the title "TEACHER".
6. Unban Marke Smithers from the Tholuxe Paells server
This is a petition to get Marke Smithers unbanned from the Tholuxe Paells server. It is the opinion of the undersigned persons, who are represented by their character names, that Marke Smithers should not have been banned. While we acknowledge Marke did make a mistake by swearing in a public channel, we believe it was heavy handed and unnecessary to ban his account. Furthermore, it is believed that previous warnings registered against his account (in particular for disruption at a Best of the Best tournament) were overreactions on the part of customer service staff. Marke has contributed a lot to the Tholuxe Paells server, and the server is a worse place without him. Please review his file, and unban Marke Smithers.
