Pet Cremation Service to many animals put to sleep at Xmas Easter and not looked after.

Also Pet shops should desex all pets before they are sold and backyard breeds and so call breeders should be stopped or legal requirement brought in to stop sell of non desexed pets.

All council pounds should be see into for welfare matters looked at. there should be more pwer brought in to government about this matter
