121. Save The Oran Z Pan African Black Facts and Wax Museum 
This petition is to help save the Oran Z Pan African Black Facts and Wax Museum, 3742 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90008.
A re-development company is seeking to tear down the museum and an African-American owned business that is not in the way of the development and make it a parking lot. Every effort has been made to work with the developer concerning saving the museum and businesses housed at this location to no avail.
Now we are asking for everyone to rally behind the effort to save history, culture and art housed in this museum; as well as the livelihood of the business owner.
122. Car Parking at Virginia State University
Faculty and Staff have to pay $90.00 for one car and an extra $10.00 for another car to park in a faculty/staff parking lot. Students with or without decals and other cars without decals are parking in alloted spaces for faculty/staff parking ONLY!!!
123. Residential Parking
In the 900 Block of Newport, between Monmuth Street and Saratoga Street residents are having constant trouble finding parking places in front of their homes due to new and existing businesses. I and other residents have had police called to mark our vehicles to be marked for parking in front of these businesses multiple times. The reason for parking in front of businesses is their customers take up our parking and it leaves us with grabbing any spot we can find.
We are petitioning for residential parking for that reason. In need of signs that are for residents only and parking passes for residents and visitors of residents.
124. Car Parking at Barnoldswick Site
We the staff at your Barnoldswick site are writing this to you in petition to your decision to stop us parking our cars on the site,we feel that we are being penalised for the recent problems on this site.
We are being told that we now have to park our cars on the top on the Private Lorry Park where the Police move any parked cars due to the fact that it is Private Land and they will have them removed and/or clamped, secondly to this we have had a lot of problems with kids causing damage to things both on and off the site.

The area of Southbay estates wishes to uphold the integrity, quality and safety of the neighborhood by initiating and enforcing neighborhood parking only on city owned property.
126. Posting No Parking Signs in Cleveland Heights
For anyone who did not know, there is a law in the City of Cleveland Heights that there is no parking on any residential street during the hours of 3am and 6am, 7 days a week. (There is a number you can call to allow you to park (216-321-1234) supplying the make of your vehicle and your license plate number).
However the only way that anyone knows of this no parking law is by word of mouth, reading the City of Cleveland Heights website, or by having been previously ticketed. This is no way to run a city.
Yes sure it makes the city money, but where does the money go?

127. Against renewal of License (Music & Dancing) for ZULUs
Residents of Harvey Road are against the renewal of the License (Music & Dancing) for ZULU'S 640 High rd Leytonstone London e11.
Reasons are:
Unsocial behaviour by people leaving between the hours of 11:00pm to 3:00am
Noise levels by people shouting after leaving the club/pub. Litter left by customer of above premises. Violence on numinous occasions when police have been called. No parking facilities for customers who block up Residents parking. Lude behaviour by customer from club in side streets.
128. Stop on Street Parking on SE 18th
SE 18th in Hillsboro is a deadend and very narrow road that two cars can barely pass. If cars are parked on the street there are parts of SE 18th that two cars cannot pass. If you turn off of Main Street and start up the incline and cars are parked on the street you cannot see if another car is proceeding down the hill nor can two cars pass in that area.
129. Repair Jackson State Community College Parking Lots
In April 2004 some Jackson State Community College students brought forth the solutions to the parking area problems at JSCC.
The parking lots are in need of desperate repair, however, the school lacks the state funding. So, in order to solve this problem and satisfy the safety needs of JSCC students and faculty, this group of students ask that a committee of volunteers be put together to repair the parking lot.
I, along with my fellow UAB colleagues, wish to stress the importance of campus identity. We believe that a strong identity will bestow a sense of pride, unity, and school spirit, which are integral parts of the college experience. While UAB's campus is beautified with statues representing the principles on which the institution was founded, it is lacking in what the university is working towards: Tradition. By signing below I agree that a statue promoting school spirit should be erected in conjunction with UAB's new undergraduate admissions office/parking facility.
131. Handicap Parking for New Mothers
The average new mother is kicked out of the hospital after 48 hours; yet, the typical recovery time is 6 weeks. During this time, many women still have to run their household. This includes things like grocery shopping, newborn check-ups, and post-natal doctor visits. Women are expected to park in regular spaces and trek through a crowded parking lot. Parking in handicapped spaces would ease a new mother's recovery.

EACH YEAR WE STUDENTS PAY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR PARKING THAT IS LACKING AT TIMES TO SAY THE LEAST. IT SEEMS THAT WE ALMOST HAVE TO GET TO CAMPUS AT 6:30 OR 7 AM TO EVEN HAVE A CHANCE AT AN AVAILABLE SPOT. OUR MONEY SHOULD BE GOING TOWARDS CREATING MORE PARKING FOR THE STUDENTS. EACH DAY WE ALL LEAVE OUR HOMES ABOUT 1 HOUR BEFORE WE ARE DUE TO THIS PARKING PROBLEM. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE ! IF YOU LOOK AT THE BIG PICTURE, WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SACRIFICE TIME THAT COULD BE SPENT WORKING, OR STUDYING.
SIGNING THIS PETITION GETS US ON OUR WAY TO BEING IN CLASS ON TIME AND BEING ABLE TO SPEND FAR LESS TIME IN OUR CARS; BECAUSE AS WE ALL KNOW OUR TIME IS VERY VALUABLE.
133. Establish Parallel Parking Spots at UAHS
For many years, those students at Upper Arlington High School that lack the privilege of owning a parking spot have been faced with the plight of parking on the street. There are too many student-drivers to fit everyone within the two blocks next to the high school, especially when the vast majority of these drivers park four or five feet from the next car, wasting valuable space.
We - the students, faculty, and surrounding residents of Upper Arlington High School - wish to end this lack of organization before we start into the new-year. There would be no better way to start 2004 than by lowering the rate that students are tardy, unblocking the resident's driveways, cutting the number of parking tickets, and stopping all parking in apartment visitor spots.
With your permission, we wish to better this city's high school by painting parallel parking spots down both sides of Brandon and Mt. Holyoke Roads, similar to those flanking Northam Park on Ridgeview and Northam Roads.

This is to bring to your notice that general public is harassed for paying a penalty amount for parking before and after Kentucky Restaurant ( a window outlet ) adjacent to Ramanshree Comforts, Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road, which is a no parking area (sign board is displayed). Where as the customers of the hotel have been allowed to park with no penalty amount and troubling other vehicles moving on the road.
We request you to bring to the notice of the right authority to take due action against this.

136. Herrick and Wick residents demand residential permit parking
Because the heartland health center has limited parking [the center has 171 beds and circa 25 parking spaces] 75% of the center's workers [not visitors] park on our residential street every day. This is not only an inconvenience but also a safety hazard, particularly since Herrick Street is a dead end street. The center is clearly in violation of many rules.
We have tried to find a solution to this problem with the city of Allen Park, but after 2 yrs of nothing but empty promises we, the Herrick and Wick residents wish to petition the city to enact a residential permit parking [RPP] that restricts non resident parking to 2 hrs.M-F 9-5pm.
137. Reinstate Municipal Parking lot on 6th street between North and Broadway
The parking lot located on 6th street between North and Broadway, has been a municipal parking lot for 30 years. The city has leased this lot, collected parking monies and maintained this lot to provide parking for its downtown merchants and their patrons. In May of 2003, the city was informed that the lease would not be renewed. The city did nothing to try to keep the lot, which serves upward of a dozen local merchants in the immediate vicinity. We the undersigned of this petition request that the city take action to: 1) reinstate the lot as a municipal lot, either through legal action or negotiations, or 2) address the lack of parking by appointing monies to build/ develop municipal parking lots.
138. Parking on Abertillery Road, Blaina.
We, the undersigned, beleive that paking should continue on Abertillery Road.
Some of the people who use this for parking have no alternative parking rights , other than the main road. Some of the houses don't even have access to a back lane. This makes life increasingly difficult, especially when seeing to children e.t.c.
We also have a Fire Fighter on call who needs to park conveniently to gain easy access to his car to attend an emergency without interuptions.
We also beleive the cars being parked on Abertillery Road are helping to slow the flow of traffic.Being forced to pull in to give way to oncoming traffic.
139. Paint a No Parking Zone in front of Agape Childcare
People have been parking in the no parking zone in front of Agape Childcare. This hinders drivers' view of people waiting to use the crosswalk. Because people have parked in this zone, accidents have been caused. Many people use this crosswalk including small children.
140. PARKING NEAR SHOP CLASSES
We, the students enrolled in the shop classes, have most of our classes in this area during the day. We think we should have access to park near the shop area during the school day. Most of the students at SHS are not any closer to their locker or classes by parking in this area. We would like this area to be designated to the shop classes.
