1. Petition for Industrial Road Doggy Daycare in Oconomowoc 
We are petitioning to the open a doggy daycare at N58 W39835 Industrial Rd Oconomowoc, WI 53066. We are told that we can not get the permits to open the daycare in Waukesha County it is considered a commercial kenneling facility and therefore must be on a minimum of 3 acres of land.
After researching all doggy daycare, boarding, and kennelling facilities in the Waukesha County area we have come to find that a minimum of 50% of these facilities do not meet this requirement.
We feel that we will be providing a needed service to the community and after many discussions with residents have found that there is a strong interest in this type of facility being provided.
2. Allow Temporary Inflatable Pools
According to Westshore Subdivisions original bylaws, it was stated that Above Ground Pools were not allowed. Above Ground Pools are permanant and year round pools. Up until this summer, many families in the subdivisions have had Temporary Inflatable Pools.
It was only until the past year that there have been a few complaints, thus changing the bylaws without a consensus or formal vote. As homeowners, we want to be able to enjoy summer family activities in our yards.
