Help us organize support for any law, amendment, or court decision that makes it illegal to protest at funerals.

One cult in particular has been protesting numerous funerals, including the funerals of fallen soldiers, for the past 20 years. This cult is called the Westboro Baptist Church.

Recently, attention has been magnified on this issue due to a certain event. The WBC, doing what they usually do, was picketing at Lance Cpl. Matthew Snyder's funeral, holding signs saying despicable things, like Thank God for Dead Soldiers. LCpl. Snyder's family and friends, already grieving from the loss of someone close to them, were forced to listen to protesters screaming profanities as they tried to conduct a wake.

Lance Cpl. Snyder's father, Al Snyder, proceeded to sue the WBC for emotional distress. At first, Snyder won $5,000,000 when a Jury declared he was justified in his suit, but the WBC appealed.

The WBC won its appeal, and the court ordered Al Snyder to pay $16,000 in legal fees to the cult which dishonored the memory of his fallen son.

Any true American would realize that this is a complete outrage. All the members of this group stand together in our belief that new laws should be provided federally prohibiting any group from protesting at a funeral.

The case is pending an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. If the Supreme Court rules in favor of the WBC on the grounds of protected First Amendment speech, we will press for a 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution.

Depending on the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in this upcoming case, expect a demonstration in a City near you.

President Obama received a total of $112,000 from Mr. Blackwell and reported the income through his law firm in a manner not unlike that of money laundering. President Obama, along with his campaign manager Dan Shomon, was able to procure $320,000 in state grants for Killerspin, a company owned by Mr. Blackwell. Companies owned by Mr. Blackwell contributed over $32,000 to the Obama campaign in the year 2007.

WHEREAS, there were voter irregularities around the country during the 2008 Presidential Election in which there was illegal voter registration and the involvement of ACORN, an organization which has been proved to have taken part in unscrupulous practices.

WHEREAS, questionable funding and television sponsorship was received which unfairly presented the facts between the candidates of the 2008 presidential election, favoring President Obama.

WHEREAS, President Barack Obama, during his campaign and after accepting the position of President of the United States has failed to provide a certified copy of his birth certificate and, at the request of the People, prove his natural citizenship.

WHEREAS, President Barack Obama has not been proven to the People to have had a legitimate swearing-in.

WHEREAS, President Barack Obama and his administration have violated the First Amendment by attempting to illegitimate FOX as a news source.

WHEREAS, President Barack Obama, among other elected officials, has violated his oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America by enacting a bill which socializes healthcare allowing the use of a procedure not found within the Constitution or created for a bill which would extend new powers to the Federal Government.

WHEREAS, President Barack Obama is guilty of other crimes and grievances not listed herein.

WHEREAS, the First Amendment provides the right for the People “to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”

Obama wants to pass a Health care plan to shoot OUR taxes through the roof!!! Please Sign!!!!

The headlines are reporting that CBO scored the health reform effort as costing $940 billion over the next ten years. That isn’t correct. The $940 billion figure refers only to the coverage expansions in the legislative package. There are also many other health reform initiatives–e.g., filling the “doughnut hole” in Medicare’s prescription drug benefit and increasing funding for community health centers and prevention efforts–in the legislation. Add it all up and the ten-year cost of health reform is about $1,072 billion.

Animal testing is probably the worst form of animal cruelty in history. Every second of the day an animal dies from gruesome and unnecessary experiments! In fact, it has been proven that 25 to 50 BILLION non-human primates and companion animals die annually... all because of Animal Testing.

Unemployment is an issue that needs to be addressed quickly. With each passing day that this situation continues, thousands of laid-off workers around run out of state and federal benefits. There are simply not enough jobs with the amount of available workers there are and this is a serious problem for many families.

The ‘real’ unemployment rate is 17.5% (.4% more than what it was in December of 1962) which includes both the unemployed and underemployed. The amount of people that want to work but cannot find a job is more than five times the level early this decade and the highest unemployment level since the Great Depression. Even having enough money to take classes to study for a new career is proving difficult for many Americans. Ironically, many jobs are being denied to many graduates because they are overqualified. What will happen to the younger generations? The older generations? How much longer can we wait, Mr. President?

Most of this mess that we are in right now could be avoided if American companies would provide their jobs to American workers and not outsource them.

We know that global warming threatens our way of life. According to scientists the window of opportunity to avoid the worst effects of global warming is quickly closing. The time for action is now.

To stop the worst effects of global warming, we need to reduce global warming pollution at least 25-40% below 1990 levels by 2020.

As of now, our biggest bill to date was A.C.E.S (American Clean Energy and Security Act), but that has been put on the back-burner with Senator Kerry and Senator Boxer's bill, Clean Energy Jobs and American Power Act, taking the lead. With both these bills being highly contested, it is nevertheless necessary for our country to lead the way in solving this crisis.

Our Federal Government is proposing a new tax that will be placed on non-alcoholic beverages such as soda, pop, juice, and water, but not limited to these items.

On top of that they want to include in this tax fast and convenience foods which would be anything from chips to your favorite food from a drive thru dinner. This tax has been labeled as the Fat Tax.

They feel by adding this tax they can use the revenue to fund part of the healthcare reform. This tax will really hurt the middle class families and families that receive food assistance.

I am a UK citizen who is outraged about the fact Barack Obama will not consider giving Michael Jackson His Legacy title.

Even though 1993 was a tough time for Michael after the Chandler made false allegations about Michael i do believe the innocence from children is exceptional, and is solely and purely seen by alot of people and Michael loved these attributes gave "he loves the innocence in their playful smiles and wanted to bring healing in to this harsh and awful world we live in" Yet people still try to deceive their way in to Michael's Life and even in his death trying to claim the rights to something that they have no right to - Michael's property, dignity, pride, innocence, love and pure soul of which they had eventually destroyed a very gentle man.

In 2005 the same happened again only this time Michael was given the best gift any person could give him - Freedom from all haters and Bullshiters (tabloids) and found himself cleared of all charges despite a 40 years within the entertainment industry, and his good works as a fabulous humanitarian, Michael is still being betrayed and he should not have to endure such filth and ignorance from his fellow country men and people from all over the world too.

Currently, the President of the United States as well as members of the United States Congress are currently pushing to enact legislation to reform the American health care system.

The current version of the bill, is titled, "America's Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009 (H.R.3200)"
"To provide affordable, quality health care for all Americans and reduce the growth in health care spending, and for other purposes"

The bill includes a measure that would create a government run health insurance company. The current bill was written over a few week period at the behest of President Obama. We do not believe that a law, which would impact 16% of the US economy and over three hundred million people, should be written in such haste.

We are proposing that before tackling the issue of reforming the US health care system, committing trillions of dollars and creating tax burdens and deficits for future generations of Americans, that a commission should be formed, made up of health care professionals, economists, health insurance professionals, US citizens and anyone else who can assist, to examine health care in America today.

A commission that would be charged with identifying the root cause of the problems with the system, discover the positives in the system and make educated, fact based recommendations on how best to reform US heath care, in order to lower costs, increase access and most of all to create a health care system that becomes the shining example to the world.

As you know America is in a huge recession; why don't we allow the American people the opportunity to stimulate the economy?

China's economy is rising exponentially. Why? The people of China are working together to boost their own economy.

We as Americans have become lazy. We look to the government to continuously bail us out; all the while putting us further and further into dept. The more money the government throws into stimulus packages that don't work, the more our national debt goes up.

Americans constantly complain that the President isn't doing enough, or isn't putting money into the right areas. Instead of complaining we should take the initiative and ask to have the right to contribute and decide where the money goes. The solution is very elementary.

Take a look at the size of the adult population in America; if each adult citizen pays just $10.00 a month to a stimulus fund that would equate to approximately $3 billion dollars a month. That money raised could bail this country out quickly without adding to our national deficit.

My suggestion is allocate the funds each month to two areas. The first being the SBA and the second being infrastructure. We've spent enough money on the stock markets, banks and the automobile industry. Small businesses are the meat and potatoes of America. Why are we padding the pockets of the already wealthy CEO's of these big corporations?

This stimulus fund will boost small businesses to grow and expand therefore, creating more jobs. Equally it will create jobs by enabling constant growth in our infrastructure.

So, why don’t we as Americans quit complaining and ask that we contribute into digging ourselves out of this hole.

1ST AMENDMENT PETITION seeking the REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES

WHEREAS, at the time of President Obama’s birth his father was not a United States citizen and his mother was a United States citizen under 19 years of age;

WHEREAS, the relevant statute in effect throughout 1961 would not allow United States citizenship at birth to an infant born abroad with such parentage;

WHEREAS, Article II of the United States Constitution requires the President to be a natural born citizen;

WHEREAS, pursuant to the statute and the Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution, the location of President Obama’s birth is a critical element in the determination of whether he is a natural born citizen;

WHEREAS, President Obama recently represented in the case of Hollister v Soetero that he publicly provided to several internet websites a certified copy of his purported birth certificate which purportedly shows a birth in Hawaii;

WHEREAS, the document made public is a Certification of Live Birth (COLB) not an Hawaii birth Certificate; significantly, Hawaii emphasizes its COLB is not conclusive evidence of a birth in Hawaii;

WHEREAS, candidate Obama expended substantial effort and legal expense to defend multiple lawsuits, in an attempt to avoid providing the Certificate of Live Birth underlying the COLB;

WHEREAS, document examiners have identified several unmistakable defects and anomalies in the provided COLB, and conclude that it is a fabricated document, one that immediately violates state and federal felony statutes regarding fraudulent use of forged or altered identification documents;

WHEREAS, if the only assurance candidate Obama provided to state primary election officials that he was an eligible candidate was to sign state-provided certifications under penalty of perjury, it is possible those officials were subsequently satisfied of the candidate’s eligibility by the COLB;

WHEREAS, Congress was put on notice by numerous voters and groups prior to the November 4, 2008 election of substantial concerns regarding candidate Obama’s Article II eligibility, it is possible members of Congress were satisfied of the candidate’s eligibility by the COLB;

WHEREAS, Congress convened on January 8, 2009 in a Joint Session solely for the purpose of receiving, verifying and tallying the votes of the Electoral College and accepting, or objecting to and where appropriate disqualifying those votes in accordance with 3 USC 15;

WHEREAS, Congress failed to call for objections to any Certificate of Vote presented by the Electoral College during the Joint Session in accordance with 3 USC 15 ;

WHEREAS, such a call would have provided an opportunity to address the issue of whether the President elect was eligible in accordance with Article II and would have been prerequisite to valid acceptance of any Certificate, nonetheless Congress accepted the votes of the Electoral College without such a call;

WHEREAS, in the face of this extraordinary controversy the citizens of the United States are entitled to know whether the President of the United States satisfies the natural born citizen requirement of Article II;

WHEREAS, the members of Congress are sworn to uphold the United States Constitution;

Let’s try a thought experiment. Say John McCain attended a party at which known racists and terror mongers were in attendance. Say testimonials were given, including a glowing one by McCain for the benefit of the guest of honor ... who happened to be a top apologist for terrorists. Say McCain not only gave a speech but stood by, in tacit approval and solidarity, while other racists and terror mongers gave speeches that reeked of hatred for an American ally and rationalizations of terror attacks.

Now let’s say the Los Angeles Times obtained a videotape of the party.

Question: Is there any chance — any chance — the Times would not release the tape and publish front-page story after story about the gory details, with the usual accompanying chorus of sanctimony from the oped commentariat? Is there any chance, if the Times was the least bit reluctant about publishing (remember, we’re pretending here), that the rest of the mainstream media (y’know, the guys who drove Trent Lott out of his leadership position over a birthday-party toast) would not be screaming for the release of the tape?

Do we really have to ask?

So now, let’s leave thought experiments and return to reality: Why is the Los Angeles Times sitting on a videotape of the 2003 farewell bash in Chicago at which Barack Obama lavished praise on the guest of honor, Rashid Khalidi — former mouthpiece for master terrorist Yasser Arafat?

At the time Khalidi, a PLO adviser turned University of Chicago professor, was headed east to Columbia. There he would take over the University’s Middle East-studies program (which he has since maintained as a bubbling cauldron of anti-Semitism) and assume the professorship endowed in honor of Edward Sayyid, another notorious terror apologist.

The party featured encomiums by many of Khalidi’s allies, colleagues, and friends, including Barack Obama, then an Illinois state senator, and Bill Ayers, the terrorist turned education professor. It was sponsored by the Arab American Action Network (AAAN), which had been founded by Khalidi and his wife, Mona, formerly a top English translator for Arafat’s press agency.

Is there just a teeny-weenie chance that this was an evening of Israel-bashing Obama would find very difficult to explain? Could it be that the Times, a pillar of the Obamedia, is covering for its guy?

Gateway Pundit reports that the Times has the videotape but is suppressing it.

Back in April, the Times published a gentle story about the fete. Reporter Peter Wallsten avoided, for example, any mention of the inconvenient fact that the revelers included Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn, Ayers’s wife and fellow Weatherman terrorist. These self-professed revolutionary Leftists are friendly with both Obama and Khalidi — indeed, researcher Stanley Kurtz has noted that Ayers and Khalidi were “best friends.” (And — small world! — it turns out that the Obamas are extremely close to the Khalidis, who have reportedly babysat the Obama children.)

Nor did the Times report the party was thrown by AAAN. Wallsten does tell us that the AAAN received grants from the Leftist Woods Fund when Obama was on its board — but, besides understating the amount (it was $75,000, not $40,000), the Times mentions neither that Ayers was also on the Woods board at the time nor that AAAN is rabidly anti-Israel. (Though the organization regards Israel as illegitimate and has sought to justify Palestinian terrorism, Wallsten describes the AAAN as “a social service group.”)

Perhaps even more inconveniently, the Times also let slip that it had obtained a videotape of the party.

So why is the Times sitting on the videotape of the Khalidi festivities? Given Obama's (preposterous) claims that he didn’t know Ayers that well and was unfamiliar with Ayers’s views, why didn't the Times report that Ayers and Dohrn were at the bash? Was it not worth mentioning the remarkable coincidence that both Obama and Ayers — the “education reform” allies who barely know each other … except to the extent they together doled out tens of millions of dollars to Leftist agitators, attacked the criminal justice system, and raved about each others books — just happen to be intimate friends of the same anti-American Israel-basher? (Despite having watched the videotape, Wallsten told Gateway Pundit he “did not know” whether Ayers was there.)

Why won’t the Times tell us what was said in the various Khalidi testimonials? On that score, Ayers and Dohrn have always had characteristically noxious views on the Israeli/Palestinian dispute. And, true to form, they have always been quite open about them. There is no reason to believe those views have ever changed. Here, for example, is what they had to say in Prairie Fire, the Weather Underground’s 1974 Communist manifesto (emphasis in original):

Palestinian independence is opposed with reactionary schemes by Jordan, completely opposed with military terror by Israel, and manipulated by the U.S. The U.S.-sponsored notion of stability and status-quo in the Mideast is an attempt to preserve U.S. imperialist control of oil, using zionist power as the cat's paw. The Mideast has become a world focus of struggles over oil resources and control of strategic sea and air routes. Yet the Palestinian struggle is at the heart of other conflicts in the Mideast. Only the Palestinians can determine the solution which reflects the aspirations of the Palestinian people. No "settlements" in the Mideast which exclude the Palestinians will resolve the conflict. Palestinian liberation will not be suppressed.

The U.S. people have been seriously deceived about the Palestinians and Israel. This calls for a campaign to educate and focus attention on the true situation: teach-ins, debates, and open clear support for Palestinian liberation; reading about the Palestinian movement—The Disinherited by Fawaz Turki, Enemy of the Sun; opposing U.S. aid to Israel. Our silence or acceptance of pro-zionist policy is a form of complicity with U.S.-backed aggression and terror, and a betrayal of internationalism.

Congressional action was held to assure that John McCain born to Military parents serving our country abroad was a citizen, yet Obama was never vetted! Why?

I will say again what I’ve said for the last two years; Obama is not lawfully qualified to be president regardless of where he was born. Even if Obama by some chance was born in Hawaii he was still born a British Subject just as John McCain was born a U.S. Citizen even though he was born in another country.

Obama's father was a British Subject when Obama was born and subject to British law.

Whereas, the mutually beneficial relationship between President Barack Obama and General Electric is not just about shared ideology, but, increasingly, it is being revealed about how one of the largest corporations in the world may have bought the Presidency of the United States.

Whereas, CEO Jeffrey Immelt decided in 2008 to give an all out effort for Barack Obama by doubling the millions contributed to the Democratic Party making General Electric the number one lobbying company. In the 4th quarter of 2008 as the company’s stock fell 30%, GE spent $4.26 million on lobbying - that’s $46,304 each day, including weekends, Thanksgiving and Christmas. In 2008, the company spent a grand total of $18.66 million on lobbying.

Whereas, when General Electric acquired NBC they promised as a condition to the acquisition to keep NBC autonomous from the parent company and now literally 24 hours a day MSNBC commentators unabashedly and self admittedly promote - without attribution - the Obama agenda and GE’s ‘green’ business goals.

Whereas, recently the New York Post reported that CEO Jeffrey Immelt and NBC Universal President Jeff Zucker were critical of CNBC commentator, Rick Santelli, for Obama bashing, which many have said confirms the official corporate policy of unwavering Presidential support.

Whereas, the possibility that GE is using its news division to influence public opinion to favor Obama in the hope of gaining government contracts is a major breach of journalistic ethics.

Whereas, the troubled financial company GE Capital promptly received a bailout guarantee of $139 billion shortly after the election of Barack Obama.

Whereas, the Obama administration is planning to put in place regulations for new Cap and Trade laws regarding carbon emissions and GE’s investment in ‘green’ products such as wind turbines would benefit from this cap-and-trade legislation, potentially bringing in revenues approaching $700 billion. Many analysts say that General Electric must get these contracts to survive.

Whereas, Immelt was also named to Obama’s Economic Recovery Advisory Board in February, despite GE’s poor performance, prompting many to question the appointment. Immelt was ranked as one of the Five Worst Non-Financial-Crisis-Related CEOs of 2008, by the FEAOX in December 2008.

Whereas, more evidence of a possible "quid pro quo" was Obama's stimulus package which included $11 billion for a "smart grid" technology to be built into our national electrical power grid system. Estimates are that, ultimately, a "smart grid" for the entire country could cost, at the very least, a half trillion dollars and GE is the company that is the primary leader in such a technology…

Whereas, GE sold infrastructure equipment to Iran, a country that is a recognized state sponsor of terror and was supplying Iraqi insurgents with platter charge improvisational explosive devices, also known as Explosively Formed Penetrators, that were maiming and killing American soldiers.

Whereas, Immelt defended his business dealings with Iran by saying “The issue of whether to conduct business in certain countries is complex; we must take into account not only the views of the U.S. Government but all relevant stakeholders.”

Whereas, General Electric, as a corporation, appears to be actively involved in influencing the Obama administration for its own benefit.

H.R. 503 is the bill that's currently sitting on the floor of the US House of Representatives. Its predecessor, H.R. 6598, was not passed by the last Congress.

H.R. 503 will finally make it ilegal to transport all equines (horses, burros, donkeys) across US borders for the purpose of slaughter.

Every day that this bill is not signed, each day it is not law--horses are dying a painful, cruel, vicious, violent death. Greed is the root of this cruelty--soul-wrenching pain is the end result.

The ONLY ones who benefit from the slaughter of horses are the killer-buyers; New Holland and Texas auction houses--and the Ag lobbyists, who make obscene amounts of money working to convince Congresspeople that ending horse slaughter will eventually topple American agriculture.

That's a crock--a lie--a slippery slope of lies. Every check written to an Ag lobbyist is written in the blood of a dead horse.

Please contact your Congressperson, and tell them that you want them to sign this bill, and make it law.

Go to the 'site for Congress, and find your Rep. It will take you TWO minutes to call and tell them that you want H.R. 503 passed.

Whichever is the correct quote--the great man was right.

And, that being the case--America, and those horsepeople who are willing to murder their horses for a few bucks--will be judged very harshly, indeed.

We, as Americans, must insure that our current and future political leaders cherish and honor The Constitution of The United States of America. We cannot let the 222-year-old experiment called America fail because of a 1-month radical agenda in Washington, DC filled with manipulation and deceit.

Bankruptcy laws have been in place for decades. Why is the United States not letting these businesses go into bankruptcy and joining in as a creditor with cash to keep them operating until they can correct this mess.

We say stop this buy out of the private sector by our taxes and let the system work itself out!

The issue is that we are losing trees at a very fast pace. Without trees we can expect more runoffs of topsoil, the temperature of the earth to change, extinction of animals that rely on tree’s to live, and irregularities in the balance of carbon dioxide and oxygen.

Some might think that this won't affect us, but it can/will create a reaction on the earth that will affect other resources in the area. By saving the trees we are creating a better future for ourselves and our future children.
