1. Make New Episodes Of Old School Nickelodeon Shows
February 21, 2006
We kids are happy about Nickelodeon making an old school Nick channel called Nicktoons Network but we are tired of seeing re-runs.
Shows like Rocko's Modern Life, Ren & Stimpy, The Angry Beavers, Hey Arnold!, etc. need to have new episodes. Rocko's Modern Life lasted from 1993 to 1996 , only 3 years. Ren & Stimpy lasted from 1991 to 1996, only 5 years.
The Angry Beavers lasted from 1997 to New Year's Day 2006, almost 9 years. Hey Arnold! lasted from 1996 to 2004, almost 8 years. So, as you can see, by the numbers, these TV shows have NOT lasted as long as they should be.
This petition is sent to Nick and if we don't get any signatures then they can't make new shows, so please take a moment to sign. I appreciate your help.
Animaniacs was very popular back then. It was then taken off the air. It is just so sad for some fans.
We want new episodes.
3. New Episodes Of Rockos Modern Life
Dear Rocko Fans,
Do you love Rockos Modern Life?
If so I know that you are happy that the new Nicktoons channel is showing re-runs of Rocko. But I think, why not get new episodes? Rocko creator Joe Murray has been making many new shows (the latest being Camp Lazlo on Cartoon Network) but they all suck. To me, Rockos Modern Life was the standard show that all shows tried to life up to. I've contacted the creator of a Rocko website (Dr. Caleb Sayre) that is helping me make a 1,000,000 letter drive to Nickelodeon to get new episodes of Rocko. By the way, Calebs website is at
http://rockoproject.tripod.com
Please go to it and check it out. If you want new episodes of Rocko, sign the petition, write letters to Nickelodeon, and tell your friends to do the same. You can also go to www.joemurraystudios.com and e-mail Rocko creator Joe Murray about making new episodes. I, also, have made my own website. It is at
http://keyreceiver7.tripod.com
Please help us get new episodes of (in my opinion) Nickeldeon's greatest show of all time, and maybe check out signing petitions on getting new episodes or bringing back other Nick classics.
This is a petition to save the show !Mucha Lucha! before it gets 100% deleted. It can make pure new episodes on Cartoon Network and that'd be cool for the Mucha Lucha fans, so this is the show description ...
Show description ...
"¡Mucha Lucha! is an over-the-top comedy-adventure about honor, family, tradition... and donuts. The series explores the Latino cultural phenomenon known as "Lucha Libre."
In a world where no one removes their colorful mask ever and success depends on having a "signature move," three mascaritas - Rikochet, Buena Girl and The Flea - study and live the "Code of Masked Wrestling" and go to school at the Formost World-Renowned International School of Lucha. This bold comedy combines irreverent humor and visually dynamic fantasy-action in two fast-paced 11-minute episodes and is the first-ever all-flash animated series on broadcast television."
So are you guys with me?
5. Bring Back The Angry Beavers
This petition is due for submission on Jan 1, 2006. An update will be posted in due course.
.....................................................
The Angry Beavers was a wonderful Nickelodeon Cartoon that first aired in 1997. Many people are still avid fans of the show, and many continue to watch the repeats on Nicktoons TV.
Unfortunatly, Nicktoons TV is only available to certain television services and many of the shows former fans have not seen it in years.
We are tired of Nickelodeon cancelling the shows we love and replacing it with shows we hate, yes, Nickelodeon's poor descision making is a common topic on this website, and this show was only one of a group of wonderful shows gone down the toilet because of the descisions of Nickelodeon, but this show had an inexcuseable reason for it's cancellation, and this is why.
It started in 1998 when an episode's screenplay had the words 'shut up!' in it. Now I have no idea why, but Nickelodeon chose to edit this, even though many other Nickelodeon shows have gotten away with the use of the words 'shut up', but that wasn't half of it. In 2001, this show was cancelled early because in what was tentativly going to be the last episode, 'Bye Bye Beavers', Dag, a main character on the show, was trying to convince Norbert, another main character, that they were cartoon characters, and Nick cancelled it because of this, in more detail, it suggested that this was a message to kids that the show was ending, which it was, but what Nickelodeon doesn't know is that kids probably already knew this.
By the time The Angry Beavers was in it's later years, the internet had began to become more accsessable, with TV websites who knew all about what was really going on with TV shows giving all the facts, so most kids probably found out (for an example, when Nick cancelled Spongebob, they sure kept a great secret there). And Nick was also offended for TV's, which they believed was aimed at them, policies to air alot of reruns and few new episodes. Evidence suggests that this may not have been completly directed at Nickelodeon.
Because of Nickelodeons poor judgement, this show was cancelled as Nick broke the hearts of millions of fans, we would now, in the way Nickeldeon revived Spongebob, Rugrats, and Ren & Stimpy, to revive the Angry Beavers with new episodes and airtime on the regular Nickelodeon channel, we want to see our beloved Beavers again!
6. Have FOX bring Futurama Back on the Air waves!
Futurama was never formally cancelled, nor has any new episodes have been aired.
In the summer 2003 FOX stop airing new episodes of Futurama and eventually stopped airing the show all together.
Futurama and another animated series cancelled by FOX, Family Guy were picked up by Cartoon Network and is aired on their late night block of animated series "Adult Swim".
Both series gained a large fan base and high ratings due to Adult Swim.
Between high ratings on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim and petitions from fans of Family Guy, FOX has announced that all new episode Family Guy will be brought back to FOX this fall.
If it worked for Family Guy it can definatly work for Futurama.
If you would like to see NEW episodes of Futurama on FOX, Please sign this petition. The more fans sign the better chance we have of bringing back our beloved Animated Series!
7. Spongebob Fans Strike Against Nickelodeon!
Nickelodeon recently made a decsion to cancel Nicekledeon's best and most popular cartoon. Spongebob fans everywere are furious, and I am too. I would like it so to show Nick how much we hate them for doing this, we would like to form an alliance to never watch Nick until brand new episodes of Spongebob are created. If you start to lose it, you can, however.
1. Rent DVD's from Video Store
2. Tape It.
Let's show Nick they can't cancel a show that everyone (ok, almost everyone) loves, and get away with it.
8. Save the coolest show, Rocket Power!
This petition is to save the coolest show on earth, Rocket Power and to air new episodes as well. The ratings on Nick are low, and this is one main reason why. RP fans want new episodes of RP! -Aaron Harris, owner of Rocket Power Heat.
Family Guy was on Fox for a few years and was little-watched. It was thus canceled. Now it is on monday through thursday on ADULT SWIM on Cartoon Network at night. It has been recieving growing ratings. There have also been many profits in DVD sales of the first two seasons.
10. Save Sailor Moon Before its to late!!!
This is for people who love sailor moon and wish to save it. In the US it is only played at 6:00 am and it keeps repeating after the 2nd season. SailorMoon Fans we need u!
11. Bring back new episodes of MST3K
Recently, I heard that the SciFi network is taking Myster Science Theater 3000 off of the air!! I don't know about other people, but i thought this was a creative, hilarious television show!!! A modern classic! anyone who has seen it knows how funny it is! They even made a movie from it! Please, Please sign the petition to bring back MST3K!!!!!!!
12. Bring New Episodes of 'The Critic' Back To Television
I have always loved the show The Critic. It debuted on ABC and was soon sent off to the Fox network. After a while it was canceled there too and wasn't really shown again until reruns were displayed on Comedy Central. I still watch it every Sunday night at 12:30-1:30 even though I've seen every episode over 10 times each. The humor involved is so witty that one cannot help but laugh out loud, it was truly a brilliant show. It is currently being shown in shockwave movies at www.shockwave.com which shows that some must have an interest in making it. I want to appeal to the creators and to any networks that could host it so we can get this great show back on the air with new episodes. Thanks for your time!
