Drugs in the music and movie business have taken many lives over the years. At no point has the industry taken a solid stand to improve this condition. Society in general bans drug use in the workplace as do others such as professional and amateur sports teams.

Hollywood should now lead the way in banning drugs and drug use in light of the recent losses of Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston. A policy banning drug use should be contained in every talent contract and embrace a true zero tolerance drug policy.

This policy would be mandated and appear in every recording or movie contract. The clause would terminate the contract upon breach. This ban can and should also extend to any lyrics and content that promote the use and sale of illegal drugs.

Michael Jeffery Jordan was by far the GREATEST basketball player ever. If the NHL can retire Wayne Gretzky's 99, and the MLB can retire Jackie Robinson's 42, why can't the NBA retire Michael's 23? Michael inspired people from all walks of life, all over the world.

He is also a great man, examples being that he donated a half of his contract with the Wizards to the 9/11 Family's Fund, or how he could never turn down an autograph seeker. Michael deserves to be honered by the NBA by retiring his 23 on all teams.

In the past the global media has not hesitated calling Michael Jackson names, but they marvel at spreading lies about him. Such as; Michael bleaching his skin because, according to them, he wanted to be white. Issuing an article in which they claim he had cocaine in his underwear. Or saying that Michael was gay, to name just a few.

Last time i heard Kiss the traffic update was for London Underground and i thought what?? I'm in Bury St Edmunds not blooming London!!! Really very disappointed that things have changed - i can't understand the thought process of the bosses behind it... Did they even consult any of the listeners for opinions??

I miss the utter craziness of the three of them, they cannot be replaced in my opinion!!

The station choices available in London are massive and the Kiss 100 Breakfast crew probably appeal more to the listeners in London. But for us in East Anglia, our station choices are severely limited and we need a "localised" style of morning breakfast show, with local news and travel reports applicable to us, to help us all with our journeys to work. Nothing personal to the new Breakfast crew, but they are not right for East Anglian listeners, they're too "urban" or "too street" if you like. Their language, the way they talk and their accents don't seem right for listeners in East Anglia. Bring back Stu, Thomsta and Kaz !!!

I know it's a New Year, but could someone tell me why the change. No disrespect to the new crew but, the wheel was not broken, so why mess with a good thing. Morning show with the old cast was my laugh that got my day started. Kiss you know how to mess up a good thing. Thanks!!!

I've lost all my respect for Kiss, i would argue for them when people said Radio 1 was better, I loved the banter of Stu, Kaz and Thomsta always brightened my day and cheered me up with all their jokes, plus they actually knew the streets of East Anglia unlike the new presenters, what if they got rid of them and let Stu do london radio, they would also complain. We have our own style, and London have theirs but Kiss have just forgot about us!

105-108 need to see the listeners complaints about KISS and be aware of the damage Bauer has done to local commercial radio in our area. Of course the staff didn't have a choice whether they stayed or left (no matter how sweetly Andy Roberts worded his statement) because KISS pulled the plug on the East of England station therefore nothing was mutual.

I've stopped listening to Kiss, instead listen to Heart now. The newbees just haven't got it, bring back the old crew especially the ones at breakfast time!!!

I am still refusing to listen to kiss, I now either listen to heart or radio 1 but its still not the same. Stu, Kaz and Tomsta used to cheer me up on the dreaded drive to work in the morning and I didn't mind getting up while I was listening to those 3. I loved kiss / vibe I phoned up a couple of times and text ....I won an iPod and they knew me whenever I rang up again that's the sign of real professionals !!!!!

I work in a school and the kids are all gutted - it gets them off to a good start on the way to school - makes them laugh. A lot of them have informed me that they have started to listen to our local station "Heart" as they can't bear to listen to the "new crew".

I used to listen to kiss breakfast when i get up at six and on way to work and being a driver used to listen to it all day, but since they have taken stu, kaz, thomsta and michael off air i don't listen to it anymore its either silence on way to work or cd, and don't even have radio on at work now. I work 10hr days so they have lost a valued listener who used to listen to them everyday, they have prob lost loads of listeners since the change...

Radio's not worth waking up to anymore, i miss the laughter and hilarious banter it got me set for the day, i'm miserable now without them :o( xx

I have listened to the "new improved" haha what a joke breakfast show once & within 5 mins turnt it off, it was like listening to a kids school playground. Full of immature shrieking un-necesssary noise. WHAT THE HELL WERE THEY THINKING???!!! How is this improvement?? What a load of tripe. I now listen to a CD doing the school run in morning.

Seriously kiss there is no problem with the rest of the show all day apart from some new stuff instead of some year old stuff and selected play list would be good. but thats not really a problem....the only thing we are asking for is OUR Stu Grant breakfast show...VIBE was our station till you took it, we excepted the ...change as we still got our local station but you have took it all from us now.

Please sign our petition against the documentary “Living with Michael Jackson”, which has been repeatedly broadcasted by the German news channel N24.

This documentary by Martin Bashir, well-known as the defamatory foundation for the unjustified accusations against Michael Jackson which led to the trial of 2005, has been repeatedly broadcasted without responding to our countless protests (meanwhile the documentary is sometimes shown hidden behind the programme “Reportage XXL”).

We want N24 to broadcast in addition to the documentary, or rather instead, the counterstatement “The Michael Jackson Interview: The Footage You Were Never Meant to See”.

We cannot allow any longer, that this film, in which Martin Bashir defames Michael Jackson and makes him look like a fool, is still being shown on TV.

A permanent memorial in honour of Michael Jackson in Munich! We need your help! Every single signature counts. Our beloved Michael died on June 25, 2009 and our hearts are still grieving. Many people all over the world thought of Michael and paid tribute to him.

His fans want to feel his presence, they want to meet other fans, they want to share their memories and their pain, they want to keep his legacy alive and they want to show the whole world how much they love Michael Jackson.

That's why the memorial in Munich still exists.
It is situated near the hotel "Bayerischer Hof" in Munich/Germany, where Michael stayed very often, when he was visiting Germany, at the Orlando Di Lasso monument.

Now there is a wonderful memorial in honor of MJ placed there. The memorial fairies care for this special place every day and many people show their respect and light a candle. The city and mayor Christian Ude allow the memorial and we are very very grateful for that. Thank you!

However, the memorial is not official and we are conscious of the fact that this current situation cannot not last forever.

Little Billy Caldwell was born on the 26th July 2005 and at only 4 months of age little Billy awoke from his sleep stared wide-eyed for thirty second and then seemed to doze off. He repeated this two more times that night at thirty minute intervals.

Billy was eventually taken to the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children for further care under a specialist Neurological Paediatrician. Billy remained in the RBHSC for the next fourteen weeks as Charlotte watched as the doctor experienced the full range of seizures Billy was now taken. Eventually Charlotte was told their was no more they could do for her son and prescribed to Charlotte that sh would be shown how to administrate Morphine to Billy To Make his last few months on Mother Earth a little bit comfortable.

But Charlotte Caldwell Did not want her son to die so she researched and found a hospital in Chicago and today thanks to Charlotte Caldwell her son is alive but he needs special treatment which the Northern Ireland Government is now Refusing to give Billy.

A while ago Michael Jackson's kids were involved in a car accident after media were dogging them. Sure, no one got hurt, and it was not their vehicle that got hit, but it could easily have happened. Do we really want another Princess Diana? Do we want to live with regrets?

This is a gross invasion of a CHILD's privacy. The person who sold the story obviously felt like she deserved to see Paris' emotion (obviously if Paris started crying, she would get much more money from The Sun, come on people, time to listen to Money) so when she didn't she called them "robots".

And you know what? It doesn't matter if it's negative or positive. Sure, it's sweet that the kids go to yoga or whatever the hell they want to go to, but it's none of our business. We act like we have a right to know whatever we want about their lives. They never volunteered for this, any less than Michael did, but even more so because they were born into this, never did anything to be put into the public eye. And now they'll get stalked the rest of their lives.

As Michael so rightly says in Money, people do this for money, and the only way they will be affected is with money. We can write a letter, we can make a petition, and no one's going to care, because hey, they keep making money from those who want to read the latest drama.

So here's what we've got to do. We've got to use the power of our dollar bill.

I propose that we make a petition. But not just any petition that's a list of names saying "we want you to stop"... they won't care. By signing this petition, you will AGREE that you will NEVER buy a tabloid or publication that includes stories, pictures, or anything about Michael's kids. Positive or negative, you will not support the invasion of privacy, and you will definitely not support any lies or rudeness about children.

I know some people enjoy reading tabloids, and this will be difficult, because there will be other stories you'll want to read. But you can give this up for Michael and his kids. And this lasts indefinitely--or at least until the tabloids stop posting stuff about his kids, since of course you're always "allowed" to buy a tabloid that does not include them (:

I am a UK citizen who is outraged about the fact Barack Obama will not consider giving Michael Jackson His Legacy title.

Even though 1993 was a tough time for Michael after the Chandler made false allegations about Michael i do believe the innocence from children is exceptional, and is solely and purely seen by alot of people and Michael loved these attributes gave "he loves the innocence in their playful smiles and wanted to bring healing in to this harsh and awful world we live in" Yet people still try to deceive their way in to Michael's Life and even in his death trying to claim the rights to something that they have no right to - Michael's property, dignity, pride, innocence, love and pure soul of which they had eventually destroyed a very gentle man.

In 2005 the same happened again only this time Michael was given the best gift any person could give him - Freedom from all haters and Bullshiters (tabloids) and found himself cleared of all charges despite a 40 years within the entertainment industry, and his good works as a fabulous humanitarian, Michael is still being betrayed and he should not have to endure such filth and ignorance from his fellow country men and people from all over the world too.

Michael Cook was murdered on May 6th, 2006. His murderer confessed to killing him in his statement but has never been charged.

North Las Vegas Police Dept. recommended murder and attempted murder to the Clark County District Attorneys Office. The case was denied by the DA without a formal denial. The DA said at first that there was lack of evidence but then later during an interview with our local news station said that it was self-defense or in defense of others.

If the NLV Police Dept. feel that they had a strong case, then we believe that the case should be re-submitted to the DA along with an arrest warrant for the murderer.

My name is Latonya Brown and I would like to introduce a resolution to the House of Representatives. Yesterday, we saw how the world came together in recognition of a legend. Michael Jackson has done so much for the world so much that Congressman Lee announced there's a resolution 600 that would name Michael Jackson A Humanitarian, LEGEND, and WORLD Icon.

This (Global) Bahraini NROB: Epic Revolution Campaign Petition gathers supporters online relevant for RACHEL SAKHI ATTORNEY (Russian Soviet Cosmonaut Trainee Candidate).

Many years ago Roscosmos (The Russian Federal Space Agency) promised Kazakhstan they would source a Kazakh Candidate to train as a Russian Cosmonaut.

After Kazakhstan became independent to The USSR the Kazakhs have anticipated this Epic Revolution.

The petition will distribute press releases necessary to prove your interest and support for the Russian Society as well as Nominate Dr. Rachel SAKHI as the first Russian Cosmonaut representing Kazakhs.

There is increasingly popular demand for a significant extension of the duration of the public viewing of Michael Jackson's body at his Neverland Ranch in order to accommodate the large numbers of fans from all over the world who want to see Michael Jackson for the last time and pay their respect.

In 2005 "FOX" started to air the series "Prison Break". For a lot of fans "Michael Scofield" became the hero. Besides the audience liked Michael´s relationship with Sara. They even called it "MiSa" for Michael and Sara. All fans hoped for a happy end.

They made videos with Sara and Michael and opened internet pages to talk about "MiSa". But in the series finale the disaster happened. Michael Scofield died.

Now all "MiSa" and Michael-fans are sad and disappointed. So a lot of fans try to save their beloved Michael:

He is easily the most successful driver ever to have driven in Formula 1.

When he won his sixth championship in 2003, he surpassed Juan Manuel Fangio, whom everyone considered to be the greatest driver ever. Then he went on to add another championship, increasing his tally to seven.

No one can ever come close, or hope to match him. True, he may have been very controversial, but Schumacher won a huge number of fans, and his loss couldn't really have done Formula 1 any good.

His retiring at the top of his game only adds to this perception. And to confirm it, he comes back for his first test after a year, and tops the timesheets on the first day.

Now we have potentially another Schumacher in the form of Lewis Hamilton. Formula 1's viewing figures would soar if the people got to see a season of Schumacher vs Hamilton, the old versus the new. Isn't this opportunity too good to pass?

Michael has served several years off and on in jail for driving on suspended license. Never a DUI nor DWI. NEVER HURT anyone nor destroyed property. No one will take on the courts. He is not a threat to himself nor to anyone else.

He has always been told to "take the plea", so the PD won't have to do any work. His worst offense is trying to keep working two jobs to support his family, and keep a place to live. He has been in work release, home detention, and lock-up off and on for twenty years, because we didn't know who to turn to.

I am sick of going to Glastonbury Festival only to be faced with horrendous weather, mud, sludge, puddles, swamps, damp clothes and freezing nights.

Why not move the festival to the end of July or even August? Surely it makes sense. There is a better chance of good weather in these months.

We all want a sunny festival where we can watch bands in the breezy summer air, chilling on the grass, sipping a cold pint. WHY JUNE!!?!?!?!!

Chloe Rae; a child who was separated from her little brother Michael due to the recent death at age 10 months, needes to be with the rightful family with her grandmother Rosie Myers, of West Terre Haute, Indiana. The little girl should not be with some stranger that she does not know at all!

Rosie Myers is a wonderful grandmother who loves Chloe Rae throughout this world and will do what she can to get the custody of her grandbaby. Chloe's little brother, Michael was murdered by his mother's spouse. The little baby had a boot mark indention in the back of the baby's skull, and other fatal injuries.
