1. En Defensa De Los Derechos Humanos Y En Pro De Una Democracia Pluralista Para Bolivia 
El mes de septiembre hemos visto la escalacion de ataques a las organizaciones sociales y poblacion civil en Bolivia, perpetrada por los que promueven la media luna, los que ciegos persiguen una politica en contra del pueblo boliviano.
Esta carta fue publicada hoy, 17 de septiembre 2008, como solicitada en el diario La Razón, de La Paz, Bolivia. El diario cruceño El Deber rechazó publicarla en atención a su "política empresarial". GATOS Y PERROS son sacrificados por distintos municipios para controlar su población. Este número va en aumento debido a los abandonos y a la reproducción indiscriminada de animales callejeros. Estos mismos municipios utilizan cámaras de gas, injecciones y hasta electrocutan a estas víctimas para justificar su razón de ser.
Queremos que no haya más victimas de la ignorancia del ser humano, queremos que la CASTRACIÓN QUIRURGICA sea la única herramienta ética para el control poblacional, la cual debe ser masiva y gratuita. QUEREMOS QUE NO HAYA MAS MUNICIPIOS EUTANASICOS !!!!
3. Investigate sinhalese factions and bidunuwewa masacre

In a statement on thursday HRW said that the acquittal of all defendants charged of killing 27 Tamil detainees in Bidunuwewan camp in october 2000 "demonstrates the failure of justice system to address crimes againts alleged Tamils tiger members."
On the night of october 25, 2000 an angry sinhalese racist mobs back by JVP, AND Present President Mahinda Rajapaksha stormed the detention centre.
In spite of the presence of armed police, the Sinhalese mobs killed 27 of the inmates, hacking and clubbing them to death.
The attack was internationally condemed. Saying about above incident UN General Secretary Kofi Annan called on Sri lankan government ealier to conduct impartial inquiry into the massacre. But what happend. Government appointed Human right commission white wash the racist sinhales eliments. Then member of the commision Fayes Musthapa, become High commisioner to London.
Sinhalese justice system only protected sinhalese people. Where is the justice for others? Please sing this petition asking international community to conduct the investigation regarding this massacre.
