1. Support the decision to keep Ruth Lorenzo in X-Factor 
Saturday's X-Factor saw Ruth Lorenzo and Laura White fight it out in the sing off, the end result being that Laura was voted off the X-Factor.
Obviously neither singer should have been in the bottom two, but nevertheless it's a show in which the public vote for who they like and neither girl secured enough votes to keep them safe.
However, Laura has repeatedly stated in recent interviews that she was voted off tactically rather than on her singing ability. This implies that Laura sang better in the sing off than Ruth and therefore that Ruths position in the show is not based on her talent.
I disagree with this so strongly that I would like to show support for Ruth by setting up a petition to counter-act one set up in order to get Laura re-instated.
Please, everyone sign this petition and show Ruth that we believe she deserves to be in the competition.
2. Get Laura White a record deal!
Laura White, contestant on the X-factor, was undeservedly voted off.
Having one of the best voices around, this girl should not have gone from the show while lesser contestants got through!
3. Removal of Management Alternatives as the property manager
We are seeking the removal of Management Alternatives as the acting property manager for Great Neck Grove Condo Association.
According to Laura's simplified contract she can be fired with or without case so long as she receives 90 days notice. The request for firing of Management Alternatives comes from many complaints within the community. Issues that are emailed to Laura rarely get a response via email, even when asking for a reply. When responses are made and several issues were asked, usually only one or two of the issues are answered.
When I asked for a physical copy of the termite contract I received a copy of the bill and was told this is all we have. I have since learned there is a master copy with Terminex. There is no physical office for obtaining paperwork and to see someone in person. Emails and letters sent to Laura rarely if ever make it to the monthly board meetings to be discused.
I personally sent an letter about light sensors over a year ago, the board had no idea because Laura never brought the letter in. To this day I still have not received an answer, and the letter was sent in with the monthly payment. The reserves are completely and utterly inadequate and well below guidelines from the 2001 reserve study. While Laura may be fairly low priced, we need a strong and able property manager to set our Condo Association back into the right direction.
This petition is to be brought to the monthly meeting to have the board be aware of what the community wants to see happen with our current management.
4. Laura Lynn en Sandra Kim Premier!

Sinds enkele jaren is er serieuze ontevredenheid over het beleid van Dhr.Verhofstadt. Omdat geen enkele actie mocht baten, zetten we nu het laatste wapen in om België te redden.
Laura Lynn en Sandra Kim moeten premier worden en zo zullen alle problemen van zelf verdwijnen, als wolken.
Laura has had it with losers & PC's. This has to be stopped & people better start appreciating her help.
