James R. Hathcock, born March 5, 1967 is a son, husband, father, family man, good provider, gainfully full time employed, and considered to be a hard working individual... that is, until being raped by a failed judicial system, wrongly convicted of incest and sentenced to spend six years in prison forcing him to become a victim for a crime that he did not, could not, would not, and is not capable of having committed.

He is accused of a crime that never happened. A crime that is physically and humanly impossible for him to have committed.

Rather than justice having been performed on behalf of the victim, Shana, a grave injustice has been done to James Hathcock, his wife, son, family, and his childhood dream career (which he had accomplished) all of which have been made to become victims by a failed judicial system.

After a jury trial lasting 5 days, three (3) of his witnesses were allowed to testify on his behalf, false testimony was given by some of the State witnesses, no DNA evidence, no physical evidence, witnesses and evidence on his behalf were withheld, one state witness has come forward.

In a letter written willingly on October 5, 2004, a state witness has admitted that she knows the victim was lying and that she (state witness) did not like getting up there (witness stand) and talking about s_ _ _ that did not happen.

Although seven-year-old Tyler James was a victim of two criminal acts, the authorities in Lake County California founded it appropriate to blame him for causing his own death. The two criminals who committed crimes that caused his death were not even questioned by police. It is an absurd miscarriage of justice to conclude that a seven-year-old child should be blamed for causing his own death.

Tenzin Delek Rinpoche is a highly revered monk in Tibet. In April 2002 Tenzin Delek Rinpoche and Lobsang Dhondup were arrested and charged with involvement in a series of explosions in Sichuan Province. They were held incommunicado until their December 2002 trial, where they were convicted of "conspiring to cause a series of explosions" and "incitement to separatism," and sentenced to death.

On January 26, 2003, the Sichuan Provincial Court rejected Tenzin Delek Rinpoche's appeal. Lobsang Dhondup was executed the same day. Tenzin Delek Rinpoche is currently being held in Tuandong Prison, Sichuan.

The circumstances surrounding this case indicate that the prosecution of Tenzin Delek Rinpoche is politically motivated. He built monasteries, schools and homes for the elderly in his community in eastern Tibet. His leadership outside the Communist Party made him a political target.

To date, the Chinese authorities have not produced any credible evidence of Tenzin Delek Rinpoche's involvement in the explosions, and the prosecutions have not met minimum standards of due process. On January 18, a smuggled tape made by Tenzin Delek Rinpoche asserted, "Whatever the authorities do and say, I am innocent."

We ask for your help to save Tenzin Delek Rinpoche from execution:

1. Send a message your Senators. Please contact your Senators and urge them to add their name to Senate Resolution 365, which calls for the release of Tenzin Delek Rinpoche. If you are not a US Citizen or are not represented by a US Senator, please consider sending an email to Li Zhaoxing (the Chinese Minister of Foreign Affairs) and ask him to release Tenzin Delek Rinpoche.

2. Send a message to your friends. Please contact your friends, let them know about this gross breach of justice, and urge them to take action to push for Tenzin Delek Rinpoche's release..

3. Support the International Campaign for Tibet and our efforts to free all Tibetan political prisoners.

Israelis cannot expect to live in peace and security while their government is engaged in a land grab and degrading military occupation that denies their neighbors, the Palestinians, their individual human rights and their collective right of self-determination.

Ms. McKinney's willingness in Congress to question Israel's military occupation of the Palestinians earned her the ire of some Jewish American organizations. These institutions demonized Ms. McKinney both before and during her 2002 Democratic primary race and political action committees aligned with them pumped substantial funds into the election campaign of her challenger, Denise Majette. Flush with funds and the support of Republicans who "crossed over" and voted for her in the Georgia primary to punish Ms. McKinney for her critical analysis of the Bush Administration's "war on terror", Ms. Majette won her primary election and one of Congress' most important voices was stilled temporarily. However, Ms. McKinney is undaunted by this defeat and is seeking to reclaim her seat in the House of Representatives in 2004.

It was 11/04/2003 when the body of my nephew (My sister's youngest child and only son) Shawn (Robinson) White was found along the side of the road on State Road 234, In Indiana and what Montgomery County Police are calling a "Highly Suspicious Death". Shawn was just 23 years old. And we miss him dearly. After waiting this long, We Want Answers! We Deserve Answers ! Hopefully with a new Sheriff in charge now, we can get some answers !!!!!

On Friday, 07 May 2004, the culprits of the multiple theft cases around the school were apprehended and caned in front of the school. It's called "public caning" for those who do not know.

However, the truth is that, only one of them committed the actual crime, called "theft", and made use of the other four. In the end, he dragged the other four down with them as they had a share in the thefts. The word "accomplice" is not suitable as they did not commit theft along with that person. His name is Kok Yong Quan (referred to as Kok hereafter). Basically, he shared the money he had stolen with the other four and told them to keep the handphones.

And on that day, the five of them got two strokes of the cane each. As we all know, the pain was not really there but the humiliation was.

We are all upset and enraged by the decision of whoever that allowed the other to receive the same amount of punishment as Kok, as he was the mastermind. Nah. We just feel and think that Kok should be given a harsher punishment and be identified as the mastermind behind the thefts. That way, the school will be impressed by how he managed to steal so many things yet disgusted by his actions.

Mrs Goh said that the five of them had felt remorseful and are willing to change. She also added that we should forgive and accept them. Fine. No problem with that. However, I would like to point that the fact that Kok is not a first time offender of thievery. The rest had been given a second chance because it's their first time committing this offence, but for a second time offender? I said second time, not second chance. If he had really felt remorseful the first time, would he do it the second time? And if he can do it the second time, why would he not do it a third time? Besides, he was also responsible for the vandalisms that happened in the sec 3 level, and we all got scolded by Mr Lim because of that.

This petition was not started by me, cpl Soh, alone, but by quite a few people. Danson, Yize, etc. Just take it that this petition is set up by no one. It is just meant to voice out the feelings of many people and what we want. If you are not one of those agree with this petition, then don't sign in. Nobody is forcing you to. Mr. Foley went to trial today, he was found guilty on 2 counts of animal cruelty, not 1 but 2!! He got the maximum jail time, 12 months in jail for each count, all but 2 months suspended, $500.00 fine for each count, an order to pay Buffy's vet bill and best of all, prohibited from owning any animals for 3 years and then only under supervision! I am very happy with this outcome. Thank you all so much for signing this, and the animals of Clarence Foley's thank you VERY MUCH!


We are asking the Courts of Patrick Co. to make sure justice is served against Clarence Foley, a man that performed a c-section on a little poodle at his home. The dog had no anesthesia, pain meds or anything. He tied her down to a table, taped her mouth shut and performed a c-section and then sewed her up with needle and thread, she survived as did two of the puppies. He did get the two puppies back as soon as they were weaned. Which I thought was very wrong but I am not law enforcement, unfortunately. Buffy is the poodle's name, she is so sweet and cute. He thinks he will get her back after his trial. She is boarding at a veterinarian clinic at the present time. I hope she goes to Lois, the girl working at the clinic that has been taking care of her for the last couple of months.

This man has been running a "puppy mill" for years and I don't want him to have one single animal for the rest of his life, I want him to go to jail for this heinous crime, and I hope he has to pay a large fine. He thinks he will get out of this. He still has several dogs, I saw them yesterday. I just don't think he deserves the love and companionship that an animal gives. That's why I started this petition, to make sure that this case gets attention and the courts will feel that something has to be done. Thank you all for your help in this cause.

Warwrick kershaw killed his partner's 3-yrd-old daughter in palmerston North June 2003. Kershaw is x-army, and claimed he was stressed. This is an adult male who was specifically trained in brute strength, claiming that a blow from the back of his hand would be less servere that that of a close fist or even the palm of his hand.

Kershaw recieved a 3 year sentence and may only serve 2/3rds before he is released. The grieving family of the innocent child will go on to grieve long after that 3 year period. Kershaw will undoubtably pick up where he left off.

Over the past decade there have been horrendous violent and abusive crimes against children. The sentences given to the perpetrators however, have been minimal, reflecting the lack of value we have placed on our children.

The current Justice System does not reflect the Victim Impact, but rather justifies the perpetrators of violent crime.

We must speak up, and unite in an effort to have harsher sentences for Child Killers. Lets not give these people any more mixed messages about how we should treat our children, lets make it clear that our children are precious.

On 2-07-03 I purchased & paid for a 5pc bedroom suite for my daughters which I had put on hold for them the previous 2 weeks ago, I was assured on the 6th the bedroom suite and other items were there and could be ready on the 7th. I made room for the bed room suite by getting rid of the old bed my two toddlers had. On the 7th the items were paid out in full & I was told it would be delivered at 4pm, and it wasnt.I called off & on repeatedly, and was assured it would be at my home. My little girl ,whom is three kept asking where her new bed was, she was a little upset when she saw us getting rid of the old one. At 6:30 pm the Mgr callls and tells me that the bedroom suite was sold by another employee to someone else, I was upset and wanted my money back, but the Mgr. assuredus they'd have another suite in on Monday. Monday I called all day, Tuesday I did the same, and about 4pm I spoke with Allen and he told me if the bedroom suite didnt come in he would call me so I could get my money. I waited and noone called so i assumed the bed was on it's way. It had begun getting late, and no bed had arrived I was in tears and upset, I was so upset I began having breathing problems, At 630 I had to go to the Er, I was having a bad asthma attack , I collasped at the hospital ER. Wednesday I was told the bed should be in , but at this time I did not believe the employees and decided, to get my money, I called the store and spoke with Marquise the Mgr, and told him I ws coming to get a refund, he was rude , and told me initially I was not going to get one, but after talking for alittle while he told me to come to the store. When I got there Marquise stayed on his cell phone never approaching, while another employee, named Darryl, asked what could he help me with, when I made him aware that I would like a refund he rudely told me I could not gety my money back, I was insulted while in the store, yelled at , asked by Darryl While he pointed at his sign ,"CAN YOU READ!" I was so upset I began hyperventalating, and having a asthma attack, in the store. My friend and mom was with me, she yelled for them to call the paramedics, and Darryl asks Is that even neccesssary? They were rude and obnoxious, when the paramedics got there , and helped me off the floor , and to the ambulance the employyees slam closed their doors. Since then I have been further insulted , I have been called a liar, they said I set them up, they have made no attempt to rectify the situation. Before this I had had no asthma attacks in years, and I lived a pretty happy life, I am the mother of six, one of my children have sickle cell disease, this not only affected me but them, I was having anxiety attacks, and depression. I do not have medical Insurance so am further stressed by the medical bills. Their CEO , nor their house Attorney made matters any better, they too, have been rude, and slanderous towards me, my good name.

No customer should have to go through this , or have to put up with this. I was apalled to find that this company had many complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau. This is not just about me and my situation, but about justice for all customers, and to show Big or Small Businesses that they can both mistreat , & disrespect their customers and get away with it. This petition has been created to inform the world of the sensless acts often committed by men. Oscar Stephen III has successfully taken a precious member of my family. In retribution of that act, my family and I desire to ensure he gets the maximum penalty allowed by the State of Texas. Murderers must know that while they may be forgiven for such crimes, it does not exonerate them from serving the required amount of time regardless of good behavior.

To all of the Elder Scrolls 3 Forum users: It has become painfully clear that the moderator situation has grown out of control. Moderators with too much power are oppressing the forums users, and they are using their power to fulfill personal vendettas that they may have with certain users.

Supervision of these Moderators is almost non-existant, because only TWO Administrators actually lay claim to the responsibility of maintaining the forum and its moderators. As anyone can tell, there is too large a load for too few people to handle, and this is why ALL the users of the forums demand a reform of the Moderator staff and power.

We feel the new Moderator Structure should be as follows:

1.) Moderators do NOT have the power to BAN users from the forums.
2.) Specific individual Moderators shall be assigned a specific forum and is held responsible for actions in their forums.
3.) Only Administrators shall be permitted to BAN users, AFTER a hearing has taken place with the Moderators about the offending user.
4.) If a BAN is executed, the BANNING ADMINISTRATOR shall issue a detailed email to the BANNED user stating, in depth, the details of their offence, the reason for their ban, and where in the User Agreement they violated the terms they agreed to when they signed up.

To elaborate these reform options:
1.) Too many chiefs and not enough braves is the sentiment there. If every moderator is allowed to ban any user at whim, a vulgar display of power is inevitable, such as the current state of the forums!
2.) If you read the forum information, you'll notice a huge moderator/administrator mix is responsible for ALL the forums. This is too much work, and more than HALF those listed Moderators/Administrators are actively involved in Moderating the forums. If you assign two or three Moderators to a forum, its much easier for them to keep it under control, and you have no overlapping and hasty desicions made.
3.) This is a given. If every policeman was allowed to carry out Judge, Jury, and Executioner with every person he arrested, you would have many many dead people. Simply because the wrong people have all the power. Responsible Administrators should be responsible for making banning decisions, based on a general Moderator consensus that deals with the problem causing user, the number of offences they made, and where exactly in the user agreement they are violating. Only after this is accomplished can a ban be executed with 100% flawlessness and justice.
4.) Banned users have a RIGHT to know WHY they were BANNED. A simple vague reason provided by the forums with a equally vague error message is NOT good enough! Banned users need to know what they did wrong, where they violated their user agreement, and what their being banned for. This way, there is no way a user can have any grounds to cause more trouble or question the decisions made against them.

This petition is to establish order on a ramshackle slip-shod poorly managed forum, whose users are FED UP with being miss-treated by the power-abusing Moderators, and the unprofessional methods of their actions.

PETITION TO STOP THE VICTIMISATION OF TALAT BUTT BY SWEDISH REDERI ALLANDIA



Background:

Talat Butt is a worker from Kashmir based in Sweden and working at M/S Birger Jarl - the old name for the Baltic Star when it was under the Panamanian flag. He started working on board in November 1997. Along with his 24 Pakistani colleagues, he was used as cheap labour in grave violation of the Swedish law. Talat Butt had a 12-hour working day for seven days a week. This went on for 21 months without a single day off. His wage was less then SEK 7,000 (approximately $750 or Euros) a month.

He started a struggle against this injustice. Working class organisations including SEKO Sjöfolk gave him help in his just struggle. After a long fight, he won equal rights according to the Swedish laws for the non-EU workers. It cost the company - Rederi - around SEK 5,000,000 (half a million dollars) for 24 workers. New situation:
By early 2002, Rederi changed its flag and registered itself with the Swedish flag. Using its new registration, the company tried to make use of European Union laws to fire us.

Talat Butt, one more time, started a campaign to save our jobs and for an improvement in our working conditions. As a result, he had to face deportation from Sweden during this campaign. The Swedish Immigration police arrested him from his work place and detained him for two hours. The police had to release him as there was no charge against him to keep him in custody.

Next day, however, when Talat Butt went onto the boat for work, he was stopped by the police with a notice served by Rederi. The company, through this notice, had banned him from going on the boat either for work or for meeting his colleagues. The company was afraid that his visits on board would help other workers getting organised.

Meantime, Rederi announced 25 vacancies for stewards through the Arbetformadeling (Labour Exchange). These jobs were announced without serving us any prior notice.

Talat Butt, along with his colleagues and some working class organisations, formed a "Solidarity Committee for Justice on the Baltic Star". The Committee launched a campaign to stop the deportation of Rederi´s non-European workers.



Visa denied
Following this struggle, Migrationsverket (the Immigration Office) granted 18-month work permits to all the workers but not to Talat Butt. (Again, more information also at: www.justiceatbalticstar.com

Rederi didn't find any reason to lay off Talat, but still his employment papers were not sent to the Migrationsverket for his work permit. He was however getting his full salary meantime.

Rederi, in November 2002, offered Talat Butt a job in a meeting with SEKO Sjöfolk. The job was offered on "M/S Harley-Davidson" to solve the conflict. However, after one month, Rederi withdrew the job offer.

This state of affairs went on until 28th of February 2003 when the Migrationsverket finally denied Talat Butt any visa as Rederi management had deliberately avoided sending relevant papers to the Migrationverket.

The company has manoeuvred in order to fire him by denying him his stay and work permit in Sweden. This is just a tactic to fire him.

This is clear victimisation for his peaceful, just and bold struggle for working class rights guaranteed by the Swedish law. This also is an attempt to make an example out of him for those who want to struggle for justice and equal rights.

A series of events in my life has made me have a heart for those who are wrongfully accused and/or convicted of crimes. This is especially true for young, black males here in middle GA. This petition urgently requests for a fair treatment and justice for Reverend Rinaldy Damanik. He has been charged over 'the suspect in the outbreak of violence' and is held captive under Indonesian Police. Despite failing to find any charge against Rev. Damanik, Indonesian Police have twice extended his detention. This innocent man awaits a trial for a crime he never committed. If he is convicted, Reverend Rinaldy will possibly face long years in prison or even the death penalty.
Please find compassion in your heart and rescue this man from any penalty he does not deserve. I believe that he has no malice in his heart and only seek to love and serve others.

He is a 'respected leader who united thousands of refugees'. These same refugees of Tetena are now, also, strongly behind Rev. Damanik. They are protesting his innocence.
The last thing we want to happen in this world of turmoil and terror is for people like Rinaldy Damanik to be executed. They are light bearers who bring peace and unity within a broken society. What we are doing for them is not enough. They and their families deserve much, much, much more respect and protection than we currently give.
Please, I ask again, help pardon Rinaldy Damanik from such an unfair treatment. He is not the one who should be paying for such conspiracy.

I will admit to have said that myself. But the more I learned about Mr. Mayo's background, trial and sentence, I began to do something I would have never thought I would ever do, "Help a man in prison fight for his freedom".

On September 25, 2002, John Walsh (America's Most Wanted) aired a show called "When False Accusations Put You Behind Bars". This was aired on his new talk show called The John Walsh Show. William Mayo appeared on that show via satellite from a prison in Georgia. I listened to John Walsh as he raised questions about William's trial. There is strong evidence that the system didn't work and William received a bum deal Mr. Walsh stated. Mr. Walsh also couldn't understand Mr. Mayo's outrages sentence of two life sentences plus forty years for armed robbery even when there was no deaths or injuries in the crime and William Mayo had a clean criminal background.

This is how I became interested and concerned about a man I didn't even know. The two co-defendants have admitted guilt and took a plea bargain with the Prosecutor for a much lesser sentence of 20 years. Since the trial they have both come forward to testify twice in court that they lied about Mr. Mayo's involvement and have stated: "William Mayo had nothing to do with their crime", I believe without a doubt, HE IS INNOCENT!

On Tuesday 11 September 2001 a solemn appeal to universally declare crimes against children as crimes against humanity was adressed from Paris, France to the United Nations General Assembly and World Leaders in New York as a special session on children was scheduled to take place the following week. The first world leaders or organizations to answer the call were Mr Jacques Chirac, President of the French Republic, the UNESCO and the President of the European Parliament. Since then an international campaign in French and English has been following up on the Internet as new initiatives were launched to protect and promote Child Rights and fight crimes against children in the whole world. On 10th December 2002, Celebration Day for the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the international campaign "Crimes Against Children are Crimes Against Humanity" shall merge with SOS-JUSTICE & CHILD RIGHTS initiative, JUSTICE FOR THE FUGITIVE MOTHERS IN EUROPE campaign, and GIFT A CHILD YOUR HEART project in order to give birth to the Rajani Foundation For Child Rights. This petition is to get Tony Blair to start acting on his words. When a 14yr old boy can commit MANSLAUGHTER and ARSON admit in a Crown Court and still walk free because while on CONDITIONAL BAIL he has reformed himself so much, also if he were put in a young offenders institute he would re-offend!!!( so what are the young offenders institutes for?). Facts; Trevor Hall has been a workplace trade union representative at Milliken, Cam, UK for 7 years. Trevor Hall has been a very effective rep. He has negotiated annual wage rises worth 20% in total, extra holiday and in the last 2 years alone he has supported colleagues in over 100 disciplinary cases.

Trevor has raised equalities issues with management at Milliken, asking for equal treatment of Women and Disabled People.

His union, the Transport and General Workers Union, believe he has been sacked on unproven charges of bullying in order to remove him from trade union duties.

The New York State Social Services Law Article 6, Title 6, Section 419 relating to Child Protective Services are unjust, ineffective, and racially biased.

This law requires ANY person, doctor, daycare, deadbeat parent, or stranger to telephone the New York State Central Registry Child Abuse Hotline to make an anonymous call to accuse a parent of child abuse or neglect WHETHER TRUE OR NOT.

The New York State Social Services Law Article 6, Title 6, Section 419 relating to Child Protective Services are unjust, ineffective, and racially biased.

When a telephone call is made to the New York State Central Registry Child Abuse Hotline. The person on the phone does not have to leave a name, just an allegation that a parent is abusing or neglecting their children. No proof or evidence is required.

Calls are only accepted by the accuser. Parents who have children in foster care are prevented from making this same call to the hotline.

This law states that an accuser shall have immunity from any liability, civil or criminal. No one is held accountable for making false allegations.

The harshest provision of the child protective laws are that children be removed from the biological home and placed in a strange foster care setting. Non-abused children are subjected to physical and sexual abuse by strangers daily.

73% of the children who are in foster care are African American, they spend an average of four years in foster care. 2% of the children in foster care are White. The remaining children are catagorized as other or Hispanic.

African-American children are overwhemingly penalized and removed from their homes without any prior evidence of parental wrongdoing.

The penalties apply without regard to the circumstances or the individual's character or background, making it irrelevant whether the parent is actually an abuser or not.

The racially disproportionate nature of the immunity law is not just devastating to African-Americans.

It contradicts faith in the principles of justice and equal protection of the laws that should be the bedrock of any constitutional democracy; it exposes and deepens the racial fault lines that continue to weaken the country and belies its promise as the land of equal opportunity; and it undermines faith among all races in the fairness and efficacy of the justice system.
