2. Keep Baby Riley's toys with him
Baby Riley died on 10/10/09 aged 8 days old from Necrotizing enterocolitis, he was buried at kingsdown crematorium on 21/10/09. On his burial plot he has a few items of toys and remembrance stones that are all safetly secured down and are of great sentimental value to Riley's family. Swindon borough council want these items removed to "maintain a green environment".

4. PBCA Voting Member Petition to add Agenda Items
The Voting Members of the PBCA, pursuant to FS 720-3.03 have chosen to use the Petition Process to have items placed on the agenda for the June 29, 2009 Board of Directors Meeting.
The petition is necessitated by the lack of acceptance by the President, of several items requested to be added by The Secretary and Board Member of the PBCA.
5. In support of a cooperative agreement with Autrey Mill Nature Preserve Assoc.
The Autrey Mill Nature Preserve and Heritage Center, is a unique facility in the bustling City of Johns Creek GA. It features 46 acres of forest, woodland trails, winding creek, heritage gardens, historic buildings, and animal exhibits.
The beautiful Autrey Mill of today was built over a 20-year period under the leadership of the non-profit Autrey Mill Nature Preserve Association (AMNP) Board and its talented staff, with the vital help of generous public and private supporters, and by harnessing the indispensable work of volunteers.
With the stability provided by a 30-year lease agreement (originally with Fulton County and now with the City of Johns Creek) AMNP has been able to conduct long-range planning; receive major grants; undertake larger, multi-year projects; and accept donations of heirlooms and important historic items. Operating under this lease, the AMNP Board has provided responsible stewardship of the land and continually made improvements.
On March 11, 2009, the City of Johns Creek took the extraordinary step of suing the AMNP non-profit corporation operated by community volunteers. In its lawsuit the City seeks to invalidate the 30-year lease and seeks control over the historic items that have been donated to AMNP over the years.

We've all been to Walmart and we've all the seen the hundreds of Hannah Montana, Cheetah Girls, and High School Musical items, correct?
Employees have even said themselves that these items are simply not selling. They sell a little here and there, but yet their store is flooded with the faces of the characters mentioned above.
However, I believe that if Walmart decided to start Jonas Brothers items (notebooks, clothes, bags, practically everything that thw other characters get) that they would sell.
Jonas Brothers fans will buy almost anything they can that has JB on it, right?
7. Help Get Rid Of Soulbound In World Of Warcraft
This petition has been set up to convince Blizzard Entertainment to get rid of Soulbound on normal and out of instance items in World of Warcraft.
As you all know Soulbound Items cannot be traded which I believe disrupts the whole nature of trading within the game.
If we manage to convince Blizzard to get rid of this nuisance then it will help the trading industry boom in World Of Warcraft and will make it easier for Rarer and Used items to be traded.

9. Petition Against Deletion Of IMVU Mature Products from User Accounts
Summary:
IMVU is going to render products that only AP Pass holders can use unusable, after a significant amount of community members have purchased it with their own money. It is an error on their end they have not fixed and once fixed, will make a large amount of product unavailable to users who have purchased them with credits, which are bought with money.
IMVU AP Holders do not want this happen. AP Holders cannot trade or sell these items. AP Holders can only use these items with other AP holders.
AP Holders are going to be the ones who will suffer the consequences by losing out on product they honestly came by because it was sold in the catalog. AP Holders should not be the ones punished for select individuals who abused the system by selling Mature products either through the regular IMVU purchasing procedures or via another off-site website.

10. BAN ON FUR TRADE

It is estimated that over two million cats and dogs are raised under appalling conditions in Asia and then cruelly slaughtered for their furs and skins to supply the EU market.
These products then enter Europe unlabelled or with false labeling and consumers, as well as small merchants are often duped into believing they are buying or selling faux fur.
This is why the introduction of strict labeling would have little or no effect as it is unlikely to represent a strong enough deterrent for the traders and manufacturers of these items.
Moreover, these items have also been proved to be toxic as they often contain chromium due to the tanning process. We need a worldwide ban on the fur trade! to help sign the petition now!
11. Bring back Runescape Holiday drops!
As many fellow players of "Runescape" are aware the beloved holiday drops are no longer going to happen. Previous holiday drops included party hats, masks and Santa hats, etc...
These added a great boost of fun to the game but since the drops have been stopped I have created this petition to convince Andrew Gower and Jagex Ltd to return our holiday drops ASAP! This fine game needs them!

In the recent past, the Henryetta Knights Pee Wee Football team has provided the teams with both black Jerseys, white Jerseys, helments, shoulder pads, hip pads and mouth pieces. These are standard issue items. The money for these items have been raised by the teams through fund raisers, donations, and the athletic events.

I lost 2.7 million Neopoints..A fire pb and loads of rare Items..They accused me of scamming and I never did!!! EVER!!!! I really hate the neopets team..They are hard as stone. :( I emailed neopets and they emailed back an auto machine message and never unfroze my account!!!!! Its sick...I dont like them at all! 14. Rectification & Justice for Rude and Obnoxious treatrment by NationWide Furniture
On 2-07-03 I purchased & paid for a 5pc bedroom suite for my daughters which I had put on hold for them the previous 2 weeks ago, I was assured on the 6th the bedroom suite and other items were there and could be ready on the 7th. I made room for the bed room suite by getting rid of the old bed my two toddlers had. On the 7th the items were paid out in full & I was told it would be delivered at 4pm, and it wasnt.I called off & on repeatedly, and was assured it would be at my home. My little girl ,whom is three kept asking where her new bed was, she was a little upset when she saw us getting rid of the old one. At 6:30 pm the Mgr callls and tells me that the bedroom suite was sold by another employee to someone else, I was upset and wanted my money back, but the Mgr. assuredus they'd have another suite in on Monday. Monday I called all day, Tuesday I did the same, and about 4pm I spoke with Allen and he told me if the bedroom suite didnt come in he would call me so I could get my money. I waited and noone called so i assumed the bed was on it's way. It had begun getting late, and no bed had arrived I was in tears and upset, I was so upset I began having breathing problems, At 630 I had to go to the Er, I was having a bad asthma attack , I collasped at the hospital ER. Wednesday I was told the bed should be in , but at this time I did not believe the employees and decided, to get my money, I called the store and spoke with Marquise the Mgr, and told him I ws coming to get a refund, he was rude , and told me initially I was not going to get one, but after talking for alittle while he told me to come to the store. When I got there Marquise stayed on his cell phone never approaching, while another employee, named Darryl, asked what could he help me with, when I made him aware that I would like a refund he rudely told me I could not gety my money back, I was insulted while in the store, yelled at , asked by Darryl While he pointed at his sign ,"CAN YOU READ!" I was so upset I began hyperventalating, and having a asthma attack, in the store. My friend and mom was with me, she yelled for them to call the paramedics, and Darryl asks Is that even neccesssary? They were rude and obnoxious, when the paramedics got there , and helped me off the floor , and to the ambulance the employyees slam closed their doors. Since then I have been further insulted , I have been called a liar, they said I set them up, they have made no attempt to rectify the situation. Before this I had had no asthma attacks in years, and I lived a pretty happy life, I am the mother of six, one of my children have sickle cell disease, this not only affected me but them, I was having anxiety attacks, and depression. I do not have medical Insurance so am further stressed by the medical bills. Their CEO , nor their house Attorney made matters any better, they too, have been rude, and slanderous towards me, my good name.
No customer should have to go through this , or have to put up with this. I was apalled to find that this company had many complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau. This is not just about me and my situation, but about justice for all customers, and to show Big or Small Businesses that they can both mistreat , & disrespect their customers and get away with it. All I did was give a guy information from the trade center, he didn't believe me, so I gave him back all the items, and he still reports me while he on the other hand, gets the information, and keep his items!

I need as many people as i can get to sing my petition i had my neopets account frozen a few days back and i lost millions of neopoints and items could you "please" help me try get my account unfrozen my signing my petition ! my username was dark_vort3x i still havent been given a reason for them freezing my account and this petition would really help me out !
I've used ebay for years, I've seen THEM become richer and richer as the sellers get poorer and poorer. I have created this petition in an attempt to get the fees lowered.
Ebay has continually raised cost to list items on there auctions, they have created stores, bought out billpoint and paypal. They are obviously making more money off of our sales than we are. We the small sellers are loosing moneys, please lower fees or we will be looking to move elsewhere.
19. Better Trade Deal for Bangladesh
Bangladesh and India have ended three days of acrimonious trade talks, leaving major disputes unresolved.
A huge trade deficit with its giant neighbour has caused Bangladesh to requested tariff exemptions on 191 items, of which India agreed to 40.
"The duty-free access to 40 items will not make much difference considering the size of the (trade) imbalance," Bangladesh's Commerce Secretary Suhel Ahmed said.
The items range from prepared foods and toiletries to leather products and electrical goods, a joint statement said.
The Bangladesh's trade deficit ballooned to $1.1bn in 2001 from $53.3m in 1985, which has caused growing unease among Bangladeshi exporters.

Ever since the day they added the Hidden Tower things have been ok, but now Adam is adding strange and unknown items. These add-ons are expensive battledome items. These items frustrate new players because t hey cannot afford these and end in result of quiting. To stop the Hidden Tower from growing too big we have created a petition against these actions. 21. STOP RANDOM RESTOCKS AT NEOPETS.COM
On February 28, 2002, Neopets.com began random shop times, making it harder for people to purchase items from the shops. This procedure was put into place to prevent the use of autobuyers, thusly making their site further addictive. Neopets needs to realize that the reason people are cheating is because they, THEMSELVES, have made items so hard to buy, that cheating/scamming have become big problems.
Neopets.com needs to realize that if items were more readily available and affordable, this problem would cease. Punishing ALL players by making a more complicated buying process and random stock times is ridiculous, the answer lies within better HTML coding, and more available/affordable items. NOT IN PUNSIHING EXISTING PLAYERS.
This is a petition to get blizzard todo a roll back this might be the only way to get them todo it,but there is to much lag and to maybe dupers if they do a roll back all the dupers items would be deleted,they should go back atleast 2weeks,when lag started coming...This may or may not get them todo it but all we can do is try,blizzard has to know that everyone agrees thats this is nothing but bs and we the honest players dont wish to take it anymore...So its either a roll back or a decrese in players and no one will want to get wc3 with the way things are...So blizzard do a roll back..its the answers to delete duped items

Around february 6, my neopets account was frozen. I have no idea and was never told why. I know I did nothing that goes against the terms and conditions. Please help me get my account back. I have been playing neopets for almost 7 months and had 720,000np 2 fire kougras, desert chia, gold meerca and many items. I have barely nothing now, please take the time to sign this petition.
