1. CastleVille STRIKE 2013 from 27 to 31 May

We are a group of castleville players and we are determined to go on strike next week, along with all our friends and neighbors in order to bring to your attention the following issues which make the game play unbearable and frustrating.

We try to communicate with zynga but cannot!

We try to tell about the problems of the game on the official forum of zynga, but we get no answer!

We try to play the game and every two minutes the display reads either "Refresh" or "Crash Error"!

We try to gather materials for the game and if we are lucky enough we get up to 5 items and then have to wait several hours until we can get some more! It is also unfair to click on posts where all items have been claimed and that to count as if we got it, and then get 'Whoa' without having been able to aquire any!

We try to invite our friends to be our neighbors but they are not on display in the list!

On the whole, we try to play but actually cannot! We are not going to play any more until zynga decide to fix all these problems!

2. BRING BACK MELANIE AND DERWIN 2013 #TheGame

The show The Game has had six seasons so far. The show was executed in 2006 on the CW Network and cancelled in 2009. After a long hiatus, and many protests, in 2011 The Game premiered on BET and had a record breaking premiere of 7.7 million viewers. This will demonstrate the effect that the show has on its viewers.

The show's original cast consisted of six characters, all who brought something to the show that was valuable. The show has returned in 2013 with two new characters and the original characters were deleted just like that. This petition is concerning the main characters Tia Mowry-Hardrict and Pooch Hall. Tia’s character, Melanie has grown before our eyes starting as a lost girl finding her own passion in life while trying to be a supportive partner.

Pooch’s character, Derwin also has grown from a benchwarmer to a star player on the Sabers still trying to keep his morals and values in a world where money and fame can easily corrupt you. We have tuned in as faithful and dedicated viewers and surrounded our lives around these characters. We believe that it is unfair the BET would bring back the show and after one season on BET the main characters were dropped. There were unfinished plots that we all wanted to see play out and enjoy. Many loyal watchers are in distaste for the way BET has changed our beloved Game. This is demonstrated on Twitter, Facebook, and even on the BET website.

If BET is concerned with their loyal viewers for The Game they will reconsider bringing back the original cast members and continue the shows legacy in the proper format.

3. Make a Dragon Ball Z RPG

For many, Dragon Ball Z is the essence of your childhood. It is one of the most iconic anime and manga ever made. It has a huge cult following of not just kids, but also teens and adults as well. But never has there been anything close to a Dragon Ball RPG game, which is where this petition comes into play.

Bethesda has proven they can make amazing RPG games with games such as Fallout and Elder Scrolls, so they would be the ideal developer to make a Dragon Ball Z RPG.

4. Increasing the buffer geometry models of vehicles for ETS2

Most of the players after playing this game distaste for that was very limited ability to convert their models of trucks and trailers for the game, which a lot of people decided to stay with the old versions of the simulator.

@PL
Większość graczy po zagraniu w tą grę czuje niesmak ponieważ bardzo mocno została ograniczona możliwość konwertowania swoich modeli przez co wiele osób postanowiło pozostać przy starszych wersjach symulatora.

5. Shadow The Hedgehog 2: Broken Memories

SEGA made Shadow the Hedgehog in in 2005 for PS2, Xbox and Gamecube.

The game's story, Soundtrack and concept was a great success amongst Sonic gamers and casual gamers alike.

But sadly, the game had a few bugs, which made the game hated by hardcore gamers, and made fun out of it.

The story has ended in the first game, but we know, there IS a way to make the storyline continue.

6. Resident Evil 3.5

Resident Evil 3.5 was a beta version of the well known game called Resident Evil 4. This version, also known as "The Hooked Man", "Fog Version" and "Early Version" was never released to public because it didn't really look like a Resident Evil game and it was extremely scary.

The reason why the version was pulled off is the same reason why we all gamers want to play it so bad! This version was so powerful that is brought another beloved franchise called "Devil May Cry". I'll post 4 YouTube links of videos that explain better what is this version and if you like its content, make sure to let Capcom know about it! We, gamers, appreciate it!

7. Make a new Banjo-Kazooie game!

Banjo-Kazooie is an amazing 3rd person platformer developed by British game developers Rare Software. The game was released for the Nintendo 64 in 1998, two years later, Rare published sequel, Banjo-Tooie.

In 2002 Rare, in it's entirety including all intellectual properties, was bought by Microsoft. They started only making games for the XBOX and most of their former series, were neglected. In 2007 a new Banjo-Kazooie game was released under the name: "Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts." It was a racing game with platforming elements included.

The game was disappointing and many fans of the series felt betrayed. Rare hasn't planned on releasing any new Banjo games, and I want to change that!

14. Mass crafting petition

We would all need a change in the crafting system, instead of repeating the very same manoeuvre over and over, we need a mass crafting system; 5x doing the same item, 7x, or at least more than once! Doing the same thing over and over makes the game easily boring and irritating, as in the end they are small items you can see gone in a few ingame days.

15. Save MineCraft

The Minecraft Cause

I am doing a petition for Minecraft. I need you to help stop its creator, Markus Persson from quitting MineCraft, so I need all the help I can get for the better of video gaming and kids everywhere!

Minecraft isn't just a video game. It is an architectural game, and not as much of a video game once you think about it.

"I'm not playing video games. I'm practicing architecture", says my (awesome) brother, Sloan Snyder.

In Minecraft you can make castles in the sky, houses underwater, shoot yourself to the moon, fight off monsters, defend your terrirtory, and just have fun.

Play in "creative" mode and show off your creative skills! Play in "hardcore" mode where your difficulty level is stuck on hard and you only have one life. Try "survival of the fittest" or if you don't want to be called a "newbie", test yourself in the new world generation called "Super Flat"… nothing but bed rock (unpenetrable crust of the earth) with slimes (big squishy things that are really weird) everywhere. If you do that on "hardcore", survive, and make yourself a house, no one will ever call you a "newbie" again.

Please sign the petition to keep Minecraft alive, keep the players playing, and let more people know about Minecraft.

16. New Crash Bandicoot Game For 2012-13

For many years the bandicoot known as Crash Bandicoot has been very loved by gamers. It has come to all the Crash fans out there that we have gone without any new game in 4 years! Most people complain about Crash's new look but face the fact.

Crash would get boring if it was always like the 1st, 2nd and 3rd games. Grow Up. Personally I loved Crash of the Titans! Maybe not Mind over Mutant AS MUCH. Activision. Please. Make a new Crash Bandicoot Game! I can give you, Activision some ideas for a new Crash Game....

A spin Off Fighting (like Tekken) Game with all Crash Characters and friend Characters (Like Spyro!)

17. SAVE KNIGHTS OF THE CRYSTALS

Everyone who understands the title knows exactly what this petition is all about.

One of the best fb games of all time, with zillions of players every day has only a few months left.

We do not know the reason, but whatever it is, it cannot be urgent or important enough to cancel a Legend just like that.

The entertainment industry suffers from profit-hunger like never before. Movies not made, shows cancelled, decisions made by people who care about money, and not about quality and artistic value.

Several examples could be made from any branch of the global entertainment industry, from music to (video) games, but for obvious reasons, they will be not named. It is enough to know that we all could mention something dear to us that was cancelled, declined, dropped... destroyed.

Knights of the Crystals is not an imax movie with a billion-dollar-budget, it is a facebook game. The purpose of such games is to entertain, and KotC fulfilled this duty at it's best.

It has a unique system, the only real collectible game that can be found, not to mention the beautiful and immersive artwork.

More than enough said already.

19. Lower prices of digitally distributed games, stop the price gouging

Price gouging is a ridiculous practice that for the last few years Australians (and others) have had to put up with for the last few years from Steam and other digital distributers. We realise that Steam may not set the prices (I love Steam it's great), but as they allow this to happen they are also at fault. Some stores we simply cannot buy games from, as they do not want us getting US prices.

The price of our games is sometimes triple that to other countries and many AAA releases are $40-$50 more compared to their US counterparts. A few examples being:

Batman Arkham City: US price is $49.99, Aus price is $99.99 (double the price, $50 more expensive!)

Modern Warfare 3: US price is $59.99, Aus price is $99.99

Modern Warfare 2: US price is $29.99, Aus price is $89.99 (triple the price for a two year old game)

LA Noire (which at first was on parity to the US): US price is $49.99, Aus price is $89.99

With retail games, for years we have had to put up with these stupidly high prices due to a plethora of excuses (taxes, shipping, production costs, store-front costs etc) but digitally distributed games do not have any of these costs and hence this is why they should be a lot cheaper than retail counterparts.

Not only are our games more expensive but we pay in US dollars (hence get hit with conversion fees as well), is this a tactic to make us believe that we aren't paying more and are purchasing from the US store?

These price gouging practices are leading many people to get their games through other means, whether it be via: import, VPN, dodgy CD key sites, a friend gifting it, sellers (thanks GMG) that aren't ripping us off (that will more than likely price gouge us in the future too) or by sailing the seas (which many would do just on principle, if you want to screw us over, we'll screw you over). We are being forced to use alternative measures, which none of us want to do.

As an example of how stupid price gouging is: I was going to buy Batman Arkham City for $50 as that was a very reasonable price to pay for a AAA new release game, that I wanted, however it was increased to $100 ($50 more, for the EXACT SAME PRODUCT). I will now not be buying it until it's less than $10. That is a lost sale (and not the only one), profit and a very nice review

Here are the links to the US and Aus Steam stores, see for yourself how bad it is
http://store.steampowered.com/?cc=us
http://store.steampowered.com/?cc=au

We are sick of being price gouged and many simply refuse to pay extra any more. Hopefully this petition will make game publishers aware of the people they are angering and the sales they are losing and eventually lead to parity with US game prices.

20. Reduce game ratings to 15

I think many people will agree that a minimum age requirement for new games is too high currently at 18 years of age. This is wrong for many reasons;

1) More people under the age of 18 are more likely to play games such as Call of Duty™ Modern Warfare 3 and Gears of War than many older people as they would be working and have more important things to deal with in their lives.

2) The minimum age requirement uses the excuse of people under the age of 18 will be influenced by the graphical content of the game, however, people who are 15 years old will definitely have common sense and know what is right from wrong whether they are high achievers or not. Schools constantly drill into students what to do and what not to do so a 15 year old is not going to find a weapon seen on MW3 and go and kill many people.

21. Dedicated Servers for CoD: Modern Warfare 3 on game consoles

While the PC gaming community has for years taken dedicated servers in networked games for granted, the console community has not had this luxury to nearly the same extent.

Instead of players connecting to dedicated servers that take on the responsibility of hosting networked games, where latency is reduced significantly, and only other limitations can affect online play such as a game’s net code. Consoles typically connect on a kind of host/client network architecture without dedicated servers as hosts, where latency is a much larger concern and can affect gameplay drastically. Some major limitations, such as network bandwidth, restrict this kind of host/client architecture from working efficiently.

With all the fan support, and huge profits generated from the Call of Duty franchise, it would not be a financial concern for Activision (one of the largest game publishers) to provide dedicated servers to the console gaming community, as well as the PC community.

23. Petition against Bill S.978

The bill states that you will not be allowed to stream or post any music or video game play on the Internet. That includes Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and any other major websites. There are many people who's jobs involve posting videos on YouTube. These people who work for gaming companies like Machinima.

If this bill were to pass, many people can lose their jobs. Another example is how some people can become famous by posting themselves on YouTube and singing songs. Many people may dislike Justin Beiber, but he still became famous and signed to a record deal by posting himself on YouTube singing songs by other artists.

24. Let us play our Nintendo games

I owned a DSi and used the online shop to purchase some games/DSiWare which I enjoyed for some time. When they announced the release of the 3DS I was excited and Game/Gamestation were offering such good trade in offers that I decided to trade in my DSi and I now enjoy my new 3DS but I can not re-download the games I have already purchased.

I contacted Nintendo and they have said that I had to transfer the games/licences from one device to the other and there is nothing they will do now, I have to buy the games again!

Check his ban : http://clanbase.ggl.com/humaninfo.php?hid=3055414

The 1st time that we see this type of ban... And check the 2 accounts that mlazzje was supposedly added, aren't on the clan and they are both created in 2008. So mlazzje couldn't know that was the same player and cant check all ips of the members who join the team...

I couldn't have doubts about this player because his log, on his new accounts, was virtually active since 2008... And I couldn't know that a old player for my team was banned 120 months... I can't check all old players who are eventually banned !

And I know others who may not live in the US want to play these games too. The have beautiful art, interesting stories, and can come with artbooks, CD's, pics, and other fun things. I want all those things but they're only in Japan as far as I know.
