61. Op Crowley in #Anime on DALnet 
This petition is to benefit the future of #Anime and all its future, as well as current users. The fact is, #Anime has too few ops, and a majority of the time the ops who are on Idle and neglet the channel. This is usually during the very late hours, when I am on, and when spammers are rampant.
This has been going on for a very long time, and it is my goal to put a stop to it. If I am opped in #Anime, I will stop at nothing to rid the channel of Spammers, idiots, flammers, and all other annoying users from constipating the natural splendor of #Anime.
I will strive for perfection in creating a tolerable atmosphere for ALL users and walks of IRC life. Whether you're a new commer to #Anime, or a long time user who is just as sick of idling, and under-assisted Ops as I am, presenting me, Crowley, with an AOp in #Anime will benefit you and the channel greatly.
62. All Marshmallow Cereal Petition
Curiosity yields exploration, exploration yields discovery. It is human nature to be curious; it is our curiosity that has led us to achieve all that we have in society. Everything from airplanes to the latest running shoes for Olympic athletes are due to human minds exploring the unknown. There are few things in this world that remain unchanged for more than 10 years. And most consumer goods are changed every year to offer the public something new and better. However one area that has remained relatively unchanged since my childhood is the cereal aisle. Sure, there are gimmicks every now and then; Captain Crunch and his "OOPS: All Berries" or "OOPS: Chocolate Donuts" are good examples But are these new or just a rehash of a breakfast standard that has been around since most of us can remember? It is outrageous that while the world around us advances in ways most of us could never imagine we are forced to start our day with the same foods that people started their days with 30 years ago. I believe that it is time for someone to make a cereal for the future, a cereal for the new millennium and I believe that it is clear what that cereal must be. When you are eating a bowl of Lucky Charms what is the best part? It's the marshmallows! And who hasn't, at one point in their life, taken a box of a cereal containing marshmallows and made a bowl of just the marshmallows? I know I have, NUMEROUS times. So, why isn't there an alternative? Why hasn't one of the giants of the cereal industry listened to what we, the consumers, want and taken that next great step in cereal technology? Perhaps we have not been vocal enough as consumers but, with your help we can change that. Upon receiving 5000 signatures this petition shall be sent to all of the major cereal manufacturers out there and perhaps someday we will be able to enjoy a nice breakfast consisting of marshmallows and nothing else. Please tell anyone that you believe is interested in a future of flavor and goodness to sign this. Thank you and God bless America.
63. Increase American Public School Teachers Pay
For years educators income has been far below what it should. With loan repayments, many new teachers don't get out of debt until they are thrity. If the New York City Teacher Unions have to settle for anything it should be a pay of $65,000 and full repayment of student loans. Education should be key. If athletes are payed $100,00O why not the people who educate the world.
We as future educators, parents and students should fight for this and stand ground on something do important. With a pay raise the field will become more competitive causing only yhe best teachers to be involved with our children, our future.
This petition is a small contribution to the ongoing campaign around the world - to cancel thirld world debt.
Add your name to one of largest campaigns of time and feel good when WE accomplish what we are targeting - the cancellation of third world debt. Let these people forget the past and work towards a new future.
65. Blood Services Royal Commission Needed
We, the undersigned, request a Royal Commission of Inquiry into Australia's Blood Service management. In the past, thousands of Australians have suffered serious disease, and a significant number have died due to tainted blood transfusions and blood products. Disease and death continue to occur as a result of the therapeutic use of blood. Australians affected by tainted blood products have a right to know why their blood services failed them. A Royal Commission of Inquiry will also help bring about safer blood transfusions and blood products for all Australians in the future.

68. Prevent the Second Destruction of Pilot Town
Pilot Town on Ft. Morgan Peninsula is a significant, historical site of archeological and environmental importance. From as early as 500 B.C. the site was inhabited by Native Americans, it was settled by Spaniards in the mid-1700's and was the site of a U.S. Navy Base during the War of 1812. The settlement of Bar Pilots in the early 1800's was destroyed during the deadly hurricane of September, 1906. It is the site of many shell mounds and we feel many unmarked graves of Native Americans, African-Americans and Caucasians. Older area residents tell of a large whites-only cemetery and a smaller blacks-only cemetery. The Ft. Morgan Peninsula provides habitat for many endangered and threatened species and this site is part of the acquisition boundary of the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. It is home to a broad diversity of plants and animals and provides an important resting and foraging stop for migrating birds. The property is eligible for the National Register of Historic Places and we feel the appropriate future for this land is preservation in its natural state.
Throughout history people with common sense have suffered as a consequence of the actions of stupid people. It has also been known that stupid people have suffered due to their own stupid actions.
People who decide to play football while attempting to ski; people who like to fall asleep while they are cooking; people who don't know how to punch a proper voting ballot; people who leave their engine running while they are trying to fill the gas tank - all these people have caused unnecessary suffering and distress in one way or another.
If stupidity is eradicated then so will unnecessary stress and suffering. The economy will boom.
It is necessary to eradicate stupidity. By doing so, some of the world population will inevitably be destroyed - but that can only be a good thing - as it will keep the planet from over-populating.
Please support this nobel cause. Think of your children's future. Your future.

We, the undersigned, were dissapointed by the theme music used in the "Broken Bow" pilot episode to the your new Star Trek: Enterprise series, and would ask you to please consider changing the music in future episodes.

73. Anti-Globalisation: Anti-Progress
At this very moment across the globe, people are protesting against corporations prioritizing profits over people's welfare. They argue that corporations should serve people, and not the world economy. They also argue that we are living in a world system which has been re-fashioned by the New Right over the last twenty years. These imbeciles obviously didn't do history in their Uni. studies... the "world system" has always mirrored that of the animal kingdom: SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST.
Even as far back as the Ancient Roman & Greek era, society learnt that the weak get weaker, and the strong get stronger. The stronger the army, the easier the victory. The stronger the leaders, the stronger the empire. It was often the case that the weak needed to work REALLY hard, become strong, and then succeed. Today's society is EXACTLY the same... there is the easy option of "BLAME", or there is the alternative: "EFFORT". The difference is that the "Blamers" are the weak link in today's society, being the burden for those who put in the "Effort". It is not a matter of principle. It is not a matter of money. It is a matter of justifying their weak stance in society.
If [a majority of them] leave their sheltered Uni. lives, they will EXPERIENCE what life is all about. And this is what this is all about. For them to condemn an organization like McDonalds, who recruit young people and teach them VALUES at such an age, is preposterous! It is a simple case of "Tall Poopy Syndrome"... they cut individuals down who have made the effort to become successful, because they CAN'T BE BOTHERED MAKING AN EFFORT THEMSELVES. These morons expect us to listen to them when they have had NO LIFE EXPERIENCES... operating on theories rather than facts. Taking their advice is like taking medical advice from a car salesman. Don't allow the minority to rule our democracy... a true democracy takes EVERYONE'S issues into account.

We the residents of East Brunswick believe there is a need to construct a Skatepark in order to give every one (children and adults) who enjoy the sport of Inline Skating, Skateboarding, and organized Roller Hockey a safe location and facility to do so. Neighboring towns have constructed skating facilities, or have them under study for future construction. We believe East Brunswick needs to do the same. Rollerblade sports should be given the same consideration baseball, soccer, and baseball receive. The construction of a Skatepark is an important step.

"HB31 increases state funding of basic and per pupil entitlements 4/7% or $66.7 million over the biennium." (MEA Bulletin, Vol. 7, Issue 7 2/23/01) Show that we care about the future of Montanans!!! Education needs a lap dog, too!
76. Road rage threatens endangered species
Over the past decade we have gradually seen the phasing out of a fine automobile, "the Magna" Recently numbers appear to be in rapid decline and something must be done to preserve this unique species. Capable of transporting 7 in relative discomfort, losing no traction on beach terrain and surviving a hundred kilo monolithic unit from Orange falling on its roof, the Magna has proven time and again that it is a survivor. Those who own a Magna swear by it, however these individuals are often subject to delusions of its invulnerability and as such often push the Magna to its limits. It is these people that must be identified, they must be held accountable for their actions and the cruelty they inflict upon this species. Only with your support can we save this special breed of car and ensure that future university students have a bucket like the Magna they can call their own. Please help save the Magna!!
