1. SONE and ELF Peace

We all know that Super Junior and Girls' Generation have a wonderful relationship between them, but their fans, SONE and ELF not.

They fight if they don't win the award, when a Suju member or a Soshi member talk to each other, but the one who started the fanwar are the TROLLS. So please, can't we just stop the war and start our relationship new?

And anyways, all other people hear always bad things about out relationship and it is bad for us too, they don't want to join the fandom because they hear they fight a lot...

Don't you want to fight together? SM entertainment together? Super Generation together? You all know that Super Junior and Girl's Generation are the most successful k-pop group, but when we work together we will be unreachable.

3. Do You Support The Nelson BC Occupy Camp & Movement?

Occupy Nelson started as a community response to the call for world wide action in solidarity with thousands of Occupy camps around the world to demand the end of global economic injustice.

As corporations record massive profits, more and more of us are in debt, living pay check to paycheck, are unemployed or underemployed, living in shelters or on the street. At the same time governments are gutting social services and refusing to protect the environment. We are in unity with the growing consensus that the top 1% of the world should not control and dominate the remaining 99%! We are all the 99%!

Recently, as there has been pressure to close down the encampments all over Canada, the Canadian Civil Liberties Association has sent out a press release stating that "Freedom of expression, peaceful assembly and association are core democratic rights that are protected by the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Without robust protection for these rights, many other rights become meaningless."

We believe we must allow the movement and the camp to continue in order defend the rights of all Canadians.

5. Defend Constitutional Government

According to the Oath of Office (Charter Section 3.6), every elected public servant swears to “defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution and laws of North Carolina” and to faithfully perform their duties of the offices they were entering, “so help me, God.”

When this Oath of Office is violated by public servants, it is the Right of the People to petition for a redress of grievances and to hold those in the public trust accountable to their actions and behaviors in the course of executing their sworn duties. Nevertheless, public recourse cannot be exercised for any “light and transient causes”; rather, demonstrated abuses, of power not delegated, detrimental to the rule of law, endangering the People to even further gross encroachments against their “unalienable Rights” to “Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness”, must therefore be delineated as evidence of just cause.

English version
-------------------------------------------
At this very moment, Sara Marta Fonseca has a pending case open (file number 12-854-2011) against her for "attempt" against a paramilitary official of the Castro regime. This accusation automatically contradicts and disproves the claim of the Cuban government that it was "a group of everyday people" who attacked Fonseca and her family. Instead, it clearly proves that the oppressors are government political police agents dressed in civilian clothing. She was arrested on September 24th along with her husband and other members of the Cuban resistance. Currently, Sara Marta is suffering from serious health complications, as she has been severely beaten and cannot even rise from bed. International support and solidarity is necessary in order to achieve the unconditional freedom of Sara Marta Fonseca Quevedo, her husband Julio Ignacio Leon, and all those prisoners unjustly locked up in the Cuban gulags or those activists who are constantly watched and spied upon, just for peacefully protesting against the regime.

We believe that Fairfax have suspended Michael Smith for having information that if aired, would threaten both the position of Julia Gillard and the longevity of her minority government.

11. Free Dr Mohammad Ali Salmani Nodoushan

Dr. Mohammad Ali Salmani Nodoushan was arrested in Iran on Thursday August 25, 2011. He has been taken to unknown place.

On Farvardin 27, 1370 (April 16,1991) Mohammad married a sophomore student—named Fariba Moradalizadeh—from his same university. Fariba’s Mother, Mrs Soroor Ziaii, was a close relative of Effat Marashi, the-then-Iranian president’s wife, so he found himself in the in-group of Hashemi Rafsanjani’s family and tribe.

Dr Salmani Nodoushan has been a political dissident, a human-rights activist, and a freedom fighter in Iran. In the past 20 years he has been detained and tortured several times.

Recently, Fariba Moradalizadeh, Dr Salmani Nodoushan’s ex-wife, has gained upon some information that indicates Dr Salmani Nodoushan has been a Christian since 1993. She has written to some Grand Ayatollahs, and they have decreed that Dr Salmani Nodoushan must be put to the sword based on Islamic laws.

This time, the Iranian regime may want to use his conversion as a pretext to execute him.

15. Moral Declaration of Independence

We are declaring a moral separation from the current ruling administration and the policies it is currently enacting which is diminishing our liberties.

Moral Declaration simply means:

- Declaring our willingness and our ability to no longer support the current administrations decisions.

- Asserting our stance under ‘Redress of Grievances’.

- Affirming that in good faith and trust-

- We are done giving them moral support!

• We are presenting the new Moral Declaration of Independence with grievances in accordance with the United States Constitution and current U.S. Code of Law.

• We openly recognize that we have shared the intent and the spirit of the original Declaration of Independence.

• The original document was a declaration of war; however, at this time that is not the direction that America can withstand.

• Its strength and spirit is as viable today as when first written. (We intentionally utilized much of the original writings.)

• This document, as a petition with signatures will be taken to and registered in Washington D.C.

The cornerstone of our constitutional Republic has been the Declaration of Independence. The men who founded this great nation knew that those who rule must be of the character that recognizes that we will all stand before the God of heaven and be held accountable. These founders also knew that the ruling class often forgets this fact. We have been given the right to reset to the original intent of this founding document.

Now is the time… for all patriotic citizens to stand up and be counted.

“Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord” (Psalm 33:12).

16. Stop the Islamic Republic of Iran from Continuing its Criminal Actions: Support the Iran Tribunal

Since the establishment of the Islamic Republic of Iran in 1979:

• Iranian citizens are excluded from legal and constitutional immunity. The accused are ineligible for due process within the Iranian judicial system, and are not permitted to secure a defense in court.

• More than seven thousand political prisoners were summarily executed in the summer of 1988, in the Islamic Republic’s various prisons. High level religious leaders including, but not limited to, the grand Ayatollah Montazeri (the original successor to the Ayatollah Khomeini), have verified and repeatedly condemned these executions.

• Hundreds of political activists and pro-democracy leaders have been assassinated in the country and abroad by the agents of the Islamic regime.

• To this day, the stoning of women and execution of pro-democracy activists in Iran is a daily practice.

18. Stop the Violence in Bahrain

Throughout 2011 much of the Middle East has been engulfed by political turmoil and unrest; Egypt, Yemen, Libya and Syria. Much of this upheaval has received coverage to the point of saturation by the western media. Furthermore, throughout this time the US State Department, and the governments of most other western nations have supported democratic reforms and regime change.

One exception has been the Kingdom of Bahrain. Very has little been shown and very little has been said. One exception was the excellent coverage provided by SBS' Dateline program, with journalist Yarra Bou Melhem. This program, entitled Bahrain's Dark Secret aired on Sunday 3 April, 2011. Sadly, this has been one of the very few programs in Australia to expose the horrendous violation of human rights issues in Bahrain. While protesters are no longer taking to the streets, the political regime which supports King Hamed ibn Isa Khalifa continues to intimidate and harass people in their hundreds and thousands.

The great sadness in all of this is the silence of the western powers who have been deafening in their condemnation of Gadafi, Assad, Moubarak etc.

Why does the United States (in particular) remain silent despite the ongoing and increasing atrocities being committed in Bahrain? Surely, the convenience of having its Navy's 5th Fleet based there hasn't bought its silence?

While quickly and rightfully condemning the human rights violations and abuses in Libya, Syria and other parts of the Middle East, the United States has remained disturbingly silent throughout the last two months, as Bahrain's regime has actively engaged in the suppression and persecution of the Shiite majority.

In response to protests calling for democratic reforms people have been gassed, shot and attacked in the streets; summarily dismissed from their workplaces (by the hundreds) arbitrarily placed under curfew and house arrest subject to ongoing harassment and intimidation.

Security forces have arrested, detained and tortured hundreds of people. The whereabouts of most are unknown. Even hospitals have become a target for the attacking of political opponents, and innocent bystanders and the medical staff who seek to treat them.

Although condemned by Human Rights groups around the world the response of the United States and other western nations has been ... silence. When the demonstrations first broke there were one or two 'voices of concern but these have been very quickly muted.

20. Justice for adel abdelbary

http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2011/apr/20/egypt-british-justice-adel-abdel-bary

Adel Abdel Bary is a human rights lawyer who was for years one of Amnesty International's sources of information, given political asylum in the UK in 1993 to escape persecution from the Mubarak regime in Egypt. He was arrested here in 1998 as part of an investigation into an al-Qaida attack on US embassies in east Africa. However he was released after five days when the British police found there was no terrorism case to charge him with. Abdel Bary was then re-arrested in 1999 when his extradition was requested by the US on exactly the same "evidence" already dismissed in Britain.

This evidence, a single fax found in his office was sent by the UK to the US as part of the great fishing net of ‘intelligence’ in the ‘war on terror’, in which many injustices against individuals like Abdel Bary have been widely publicised in the global media.

Abdel Bary has spent the last 12 years in high security prisons within the UK including Belmarsh, Manchester, and Long Lartin, whilst extradition proceedings have been processed and challenged. During this time he has never been questioned, and no new evidence against him has been presented. Furthermore during these 12 years he has been separated from his wife and six children who live in London.

23. The Pattinson Petition: Light of Day Law

Upon the death of Princess Diana, something should have been done to make it illegal for the paparazzi to follow, lie in wait for, harass, takes pictures of, scream at, and otherwise stalk celebrities in public places. But very little was done.

The legal definition of stalking (In part) is as follows:
“Fundamentally, stalking is a series of actions that puts a person in fear for their safety. The stalker may follow you, harass you, call you on the telephone, watch your house, send you mail you don't want, or act in some other way that frightens you.

Virtually any unwanted contact between a stalker and their victim which directly or indirectly communicates a threat or places the victim in fear can generally be referred to as stalking,”
Source: AWARE

Now, we see the same, (if not worse) treatment being thrust upon actor Robert Pattinson. These actions need to be stopped before someone gets hurt or loses their life.

On behalf of Robert Pattinson and other Celebrities who are continuously being harassed and stalked by paparazzi and their massive fan base, We have brought forth this Petition to bring about a change in the harassment and stalking laws.

The continuous following, yelling at, photographing and harassing of celebrities Such as Robert Pattinson by Paparazzi, Along with the fans loitering outside of or on film sets continuously screaming out the names of or insults to celebrities and stalking their every move is what we are trying to stop.

Celebrities are human beings and should be allowed to go out to dinner, go shopping or even to work without being accosted, harassed and stalked along the way by fans and paparazzi. It should be against the law for this to happen. We believe that the ONLY time these actions should be allowed to happen are at Public Events held in "The Light of Day", Scheduled Public Appearances such as news conferences, premieres, and red carpet events etc. Any other time it should be considered stalking with the intent to cause emotional and/or bodily harm. It should be punishable to the full extent of the law.

24. Support Somaliland independence

Why support Somaliland independence ?

First and foremost, it is important to recollect that, after achieving independence from British colonial rule on June 26, 1960, Somaliland was duly recognized as a sovereign entity by the United Nations and thirty-five countries, including the United States.

Somalilanders rightfully note that they voluntarily joined a union after independence, and that, under international law, they should (and do) have the right to abrogate that union.

The future of Somaliland rests in hands of its people, and we know that Somalilanders voted for independence on 18th May 1991 followed by referendum.

Pledge your support to make Scotland an Independent nation once again. Let us govern our own affairs and and let our people make our own choices and decisions.

The proposals would see Scotland becoming an Internationally recognised country, with the Queen as Head of State, governed by an elected Parliament and Prime Minister from Edinburgh, our ancient and current capital.

We would govern our own health system, education, travel, infrastructure, immigration, welfare, defence, culture, sport, and financial institutions. We can set our own tax rates and make the best decisions for everyone in our country, regardless off origin.

We will be a world leader in renewable energies and stabilise our economy with exports and the oil industry. Culture and good living would be encouraged by promoting our history and natural beauty. Gaelic would be heavily promoted and taught in all schools, bringing our national language back into the forefront of our society.

We would keep close and good relations with our neighbours in England and the other devolved countries, having minimal passport checks and good trade agreements.

30. Free Hadi Abedi Bakhoda, a very ill political prisoner!

Hadi Abedi Bakhoda is a political prisoner of the 1980s on charges of supporting the main Iranian opposition People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK). He was tortured and shot by the Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), when arrested.

His spinal cord was damaged in such a way that he now cannot walk and is in a wheelchair since the incident. The shooting also damaged other organs including his kidneys and his bladder that had failed totally. Since then, he suffers from debilitating physical complications as a result of his injuries. Abedi Bakhoda's wife and Mehri Javan Mahjub (a former prisoner) were arrested and sent to Lakan Prison. His brother, Hormoz, was executed by the Iranian regime on similar charges.

Branch One of the Revolutionary Court condemned Hadi Abedi-Bakhoda for two years imprisonment in 2009 (he then was transferred to the Lakan prison in Rasht in Nov 2009) even if he was not capable of imprisonment due because of his severe physical infirmities. The coroner's office, prison clinic and other health institutes confirmed this fact at the time and also demanded his release but the Intelligence Ministry and the Revolutionary Court have never paid attention to his conditions, therefore, he was transferred to prison.

Hadi Abedi-Bakhoda is sent to hospital only when his conditions become very critical, but ultimately because of his fragile health, they are forced to give him sick-leave.

According to Human Rights Activists in Iran, on Monday May 23, 2011, the Revolutionary Court of Rasht (Branch One) summoned Hadi Abedi-Bakhoda to notify him that the lash ruling against him would have been carried out despite his health conditions (his bladder was not functioning properly and he was suffering from a severe kidney disorder) and did not even consider the fact that he was in a wheelchair: he then received 51 lashes for the alleged crime of not reporting to the Lakan prison in Rasht on time when he was hospitalized during a sick-leave.
