1. Good touch / Bad touch needs to be made compulsory in the curriculum 
Helping Hands Against Abuse would like all schools in the UK to teach Good touch/Bad touch as part of the national curriculum as well as the dangers of grooming and internet grooming to be taught in secondary schools as part of sex education.
2. Save Lives, Stop Bullying in Australian Schools
Bullying is an ongoing issue in schools, and is one of the greatest dangers children face, with at least one in four children reporting being bullied at school. In our culture, bullying is stigmatized so that Children often feel ashamed to seek help or even tell anyone they are being bullied, for fear of being a burden on families and communities. As a result the breadth of the issue goes un-recognised.
Children's voices are not loud enough to demand their own basic rights, which are that it is every child's right to be free from physical or mental harm, and to receive an education which enables them to reach their potential, and prepares them for life in a free society, in the spirit of understanding, peace, tolerance, equality of the sexes and friendship among all peoples (from the UN Charter). Bullying denies children of their right to life. It has been the cause of countless suicides, including that of Sheniz Erkan who died as a result of cyber-bullying in January this year.
The effects of bullying are wide ranging. Children who are bullied are three times more likely to develop depressive symptoms and nine times more likely to have thoughts of suicide. Victims of bullying are more likely to develop psychotic symptoms in early adolescence and young people who bully others are four times more likely to have a criminal record by the age of 30.
This shows how Bullying has devastating affects on the welfare of individuals and likely inhibits their developing identity and contribution to society.

5. Life Sentence for Child Molesters
90 percent of child molesters are out of jail in under 6 years, and most will do it again.
These people are getting minimal sentences for a crime, that not only affects the child mentally, but physically, and not to mention the emotional damage it does to the families.
It's time we stop giving these monsters a slap on the wrists, and sending them rushing back into the playgrounds.
KRS-403.270 is a 6 month de-facto custodian law for miner children 3 years old and younger. Once in court this can be postponed monthly for the full 6 months resulting in loss of child. This law promotes illegal adoption.
This is what happened to me and my daughter the day before Thanksgiving 1999. This is bad for Kentucky families.
7. Raise your voice and stop child sacrifice

8. Life without the possibility of parole for Stephanie Lopez!
The story of Baby Brianna is a hard one, but it is the ugly reality of child abuse. Violent family members caused her death while others hid what they knew was going on.
"They raped her; they beat her," said District Attorney Susana Martinez who prosecuted the case. "She had bite marks on her face, cheek, head, arms, legs, chest, torso, everywhere.
"Literally bruised from head to toe, from the top of her head all throughout her body all the way to the big toe on her right foot."
She was beaten and raped by her own family.
"Massive bruising on the head, and then her little fingers were lacerated. Her mother Stephanie Lopez only received 27 years for the death of her own daughter! They say she is living a great life behind bars with family keeping her lots of money in her account and having a great girlfriend that she gets to be with daily! Why should she get to live any kind of life while Brianna does not have one. She will still be young when she gets out and I think she should be behind bars and have nothing for the rest of her life just like Brianna had nothing in her 5 short months of life!
9. Stop access to children in child contact centres by a parent convicted of child cruelty
Fathers and Mothers who have been convicted of child cruelty to their children still have contact in a contact centres or have another member of their family supervise the visit in their own home. This has to stop now.
If they abuse the children in a contact centre or whilst supported or supervised the courts still give them access! The contact centres say they did not see anything as they are busy watching up to 10 children coupled with 10 fathers or mothers, if one needs the toilet that is makes up to 38 people to be watched during that time, this is when the parent strikes out at the kids, whisper in their ears and the abuse starts all over again. Nobody but nobody is doing anything to stop this.
It is unbelievable that this country would send a victim to the offender week after week to be abused. The courts don’t hear the children telling them of horrendous things of bruises on their little bodies or see tiny children aged 2 And 3 lift their tops to show bruises.
Please help me to change the law. No contact of any description for any parent convicted of any violent or sexual offence to their children until the child is 18 years of age. Sign my petition for our kid’s sake!

11. Save the CDC Subsidized Program
The UCR Child Development Center released a letter to families participating in the subsidized child care program in mid April 2011. The program has provided more than a 70% reduction to low income families to allow their children the opportunity to a quality education in a safe and nurturing environment – an opportunity that most of the families would not have otherwise had.
The letter stated the subsidized program will no longer be offered to faculty and staff families (student staff will remain on the program) effective June 2011 giving the families less than two months to come up with an alternative plan for their children.
If action is not taken these families will not have the quality child care needed to continue to nourish their children’s education and social skills.

Withdrawal from The European Union is an option that must be offered to the people of Britain.
13. Justice & Support For Child Abuse Victims
Child abusers get such small sentences in the UK and their victims along with their parents/carers get no or minimal support. This needs to change.
Please help us make a stand and change the law so that abusers get longer sentences and victims get more help along with their families on how to cope post abuse.
14. Support Canadian National Child Care
We are calling on you to work together to honor the promise of a national child care program to all Canadian families and children. Canada’s children and families deserve the right to a National Child Care System. November 2009 marked the 20th Anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and Canada still scores LAST amongst industrialized nations in our provision of early childhood education and care and family support policies.
The place to start is by protecting the early learning and child care agreements between the Government of Canada and the provinces. While income support for families is a valid policy goal, a taxable family allowance and a tax credit for employers will not create early learning and child care services that are high quality, available and affordable.
Families need income supports and publicly funded child care services. By supporting families with affordable, high-quality options for early childhood learning and care will benefit child development and the social and economic well-being of communities. The variations of policy across Canadian provinces has only allowed Canadians to create a disjointed system and framework, which results in inequalities for our children and families across the nation. We call on all governments to protect and enhance progress on creating a framework to support a National Child Care System.
Children in Canada and their families need high-quality, accessible, inclusive and PUBLICLY FUNDED early education and care for their children. Canada has made many attempts at implementing a national publicly funded system, but have failed each time. We hope that this will be our last attempt because we WILL succeed in convincing our government to take responsibility for Canadian children, and to give our families a real choice in the care and education of their children.
It is time for Canadians to demand a system that values children and families, and makes early childhood education and care a fundamental part of our country. We need to ask our government to commit to building the child care system that Canadians want.

15. Urine Test For Child Support
Our Goal is to demand for a change in Child Support Laws, Guidelines, and create a Child Support Law that will ensure that children are not raised by a drug addicted or drug abusing parent.
Child Support Laws and Guidelines currently vary from state to state with each state having different branches of the Government establishing the child support guidelines. We would like to establish a law that will pertain to every state and mandate that both parents are drug tested to ensure neither parent is using or abusing drugs.
16. Legalize underage picture sexting
In all countries that have child pornography laws there is a inhumanity that happens. While the child pornography laws were made to stop pedophiles from exposing little kids to other pedophiles & the world, lawmakers at the time never thought about what to do to minors caught sharing nude pictures of themselves so they just decided to put them in with the notorious child pornographers & molesters we fear today.
Whether you're a pedophile running a child porn industry or a horny teen sending your girlfriend / boyfriend a picture of your genitals both will be held to the same level & both will get labeled as child pornographers & sex offenders.
Sex offenders are the most hated type of people on Earth. Both the police arresting them & the prisoners despise of sex offenders & will mistreat them to the full extent.
So if a teen is arrested for picture sexting it is very likely the police officer arresting them will mistreat them to the full extent. If the prisoners that teen is staying with find out about their crime they most likely will get raped & beaten more than the average prisoner. Is this really what we want our children to go through? Do you really wanna see your child get locked behind bars just for a picture they sent of their body?
If you support my movement to legalize sexting & don't have much spare time then skip the next articles. If you support legalizing sexting & have time then read the below stuff to reinforce your views. If you support keeping it illegal then you really need to read the following stuff. Here are the arguments supporters of these laws use to defend these inhumanities with & why their arguments do not justify these inhumanities:
"It is to prevent them from losing their job in the future. If their boss sees those pictures do you think they're gonna approve of that?"
1st of all how is their boss gonna get a hold of a picture their employee privately sent when they were 16? If their boss would be willing to fire their hard working & loyal employee for pictures they took when they were kids then that boss doesn't deserve to have any employees or a business. If their boss does fire them for taking nude pictures of themselves when they were kids that should apply as a lawsuit. & last of all this is just another reason to get rid of these laws. Does putting kids in prison for many years & getting put on the sex offender registry help their chance of getting a job at all?
"Do you think sending nude pictures while you're underage is gonna help your chances of getting into college?"
Same stuff as above. What someone did privately in their personal time when they were kids should not affect whether someone gets into a college or not. Are you gonna reject a perfectly qualified 18 or 20 year old from going to your college just because they took a picture of their genitals when they were 14? Also the only way a boss or college person could get a hold of pictures like that is if they're spread on the internet. Well that's when it should be a crime, not when those pictures stay between the 2 partners.

I could go on & on about what people 'shouldn't be doing. People 'shouldn't' smoke tobacco but does the government come in & arrest every adult who does? People 'shouldn't' get married to someone who's 10 years older than them but does the government come in on that? Good looking women 'shouldn't' be in a relationship with a fat ugly man but does the government come in there? So you think that kids shouldn't be picture sexting, you think that justifies putting them in prison for many years? If I didn't know better I'd say you're the same people saying kids shouldn't have sex till they're out of college & married. Well hate to be the bearer of bad news, your fantasy of having a anti-sexual society in which teens are completely abstinent isn't gonna ever happen, not unless we turn completely totalitarian & castrate all the guys & circumcise all the girls.
If you support these laws you might as well support female circumcision & male castration. I don't see why any supporters of these laws would be against it. Actually I think in some ways female circumcision & male castration might be more humane than getting the punishment for child porn, cause the pain of circumcision is temporarily even though there are permanent effects later, but at least they won't have the worst kind of label someone can have. So yes if you support these laws the way they are you might as well sign a petition to legalize female circumcision & male castration. Female circumcision & male castration would be a lot more effective against teen sexting & underage sex than these laws cause then the teens wouldn't ever get horny. As long as we teens have hormones we're gonna rebel.
Now on with the arguments.
"You know what the answer to this problem is? Just don't sext while you're underage & you won't get in all this trouble".
Well unfortunately that's not gonna happen. We teens have something called hormones, something that drives us to showing off our horny genitals. Maybe if we didn't have all these laws against public nudity or had more places that allowed nudity this wouldn't be as big of a problem. Or maybe if parents would allow kids to meet each other in person then kids wouldn't need to sext long distance. We are not gonna become completely abstinent just because you want us to. Unless you castrate & circumcise us that's not gonna happen.
Here is how the IDEAL child pornography laws are: To shorten this article I'll say that basically the only changes in the child pornography laws will be that if a minor & their sexting partner within 4 years of age are somehow caught with those pictures & they keep it between themselves it will be legal & if a minor posts nude pictures of themselves on the internet then that will be the responsibility of the site they posted them on, not the police.
There needs to be gray areas with child pornography, not have them completely black & white. We need to turn these blanket laws into net laws.
So if you have a heart please sign this petition & help put an end to these inhuman arrests. You can also help by debating with supporters of these laws about it & spreading awareness about it.
17. Protect Vulnerable Children Overseas
As seen on BBC Two programme 'The Paedophile Hunters' (Sunday 30 January 2011, 10pm) the UK has no legislation for investigating paedophiles overseas.
Many perverted people travel to less developed countries like Cambodia, as featured in the documentary, to groom children as young as 4 and to sexually abuse them.
The United States and most recently Australia have produced legislation to help protect these children.
We as yet do not have any similar agency in the UK to search for these people, gather evidence and bring them to trial in the UK.
This is something that should be changed and by signing this petition we hope to lobby the UK government to create a law to protect children from British citizens who travel overseas to abuse children.
18. Adoptees, The Forgotten Ones
We will present all World Leaders with the signatures plus the stories of adoptees to make them give every adoptee the right to know their heritage. Can you imagine looking in the mirror and not knowing who looks back at you or developing a serious illness and wondering if you had known your family history, it could have been treated earlier?
Can you imagine living your whole life asking who you are and being too scared to ask in case you offend someone? Help adoptees have the same human rights as any other human being - knowledge of their heritage.
Let's stop World Leaders brushing all this under the carpet and force them to change legislation that will help give adoptees back the lives they were born with.
We want sealed adoption files opened, lost information found in all countries and our heritage returned to us.
We want to stop being punished for something that was totally out of our control when we were babies. We accept no more guilt and ask that we be given open access to our documents and free DNA testing when it is asked for.

19. Reinstate the Death penalty for Child Murderers
Baby Peter Connelly, Victoria Climbié, RyanLovell Hancox, Little Charlie Hunt to name just a few.
All of these babies were deliberately and brutally attacked under a sustained campaign of torture and hatred before being murdered by an adult supposedly looking after them.
Justice for the families and for the children themselves can only be achieved by the reinstatement of a penalty that fits the horrific nature of the crime.
Soft justice simply does not work.
We need harsh and unforgiving penalties for the perpetrators of these kinds of deliberate and despicable acts on defenceless babies and children.
20. Stop the use of Child Soldiers
There are thousands of children who are deprived of a normal childhood and are taken away from their families to become child soldiers, this petition is to raise awareness and to stop the use of child soldiers.
The proposed changes to Child Benefit payments is patently unfair. Cuts are going to happen, and although we don't like it we have to accept it, but it has to be fair to everyone.
Families with two earners on just under £44,000 each - but collectively about £80,000 - would keep child benefit, those with one earner on more than £44,000 would lose it. This simply is not fair!

What to Include in a Parole Opposition Letter
January 24, 2011, the United States Supreme Court ruled that state prisoners have no constitutional right to be paroled. Additionally, the Court stated, "There is no right under the Federal Constitution to be conditionally released before the expiration of a valid sentence and the states are under NO duty to offer parole to these prisoners.
When preparing Parole Opposition Letters, please include a passage referencing the U.S. Supreme Court ruling. The completion by prisoners of programs, i.e. high school graduation, vocational training, anger management, etc., while in prison, does NOT outweigh the total disregard for human life by a convicted murderer.
In some states there is no guarantee of confidentiality for those people writing parole protest letters. Please only put your name on the bottom of the letter, and NOT your return address. Only put your return address on the outer mailing envelope.
25. Bring Back Death Penalty In South Africa!
For the past fifteen years there has been a RAPID increase in murder, rape and all other incredibly savage acts and crime in general. South Africa is currently NUMBER ONE on in the world for murder, rape and all crime and therefore earned the name "CRIME CAPITAL OF THE WORLD".
More then THREE THOUSAND FARMERS have been murdered since 1994 and nearly more then 50 South Africans are murdered PER DAY! A BIG portion of that are CHILDREN that were RAPED TO DEATH!
These SAVAGES are seldom caught and only a few gets captured and convicted. Most of these murderers actually prefer being in jail. They receive clean beds, three meals and free education if they so desire.
This becomes another burden on the taxpayer. With other words the law-abiding citizens of South Africa actually are then the ones getting punished for the murderer 's heinous acts! More then 600 South Africans have actually successfully gained refugee status in other countries! HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS South Africans have already fled the country in fear of their lives! This resulted in the ultimate "Brain Drain" of the country.
Instead of keeping the LAW-ABIDING, EDUCATED citizens of South Africa IN the country, the Lack of the South African Government's involvement and lack of proper punishment has secured South Africa 's first place as a MURDER/RAPE/CRIME - CAPITAL IN THE WORLD!
I am of the strong opinion that Capital Punishment for murder should be reintroduced to South Africa! Amnesty International states that the Death Penalty 'violates the right of the life as proclaimed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.' The question - What about the lives and rights of the victims? Were they not entitled to the Right of Life and Prohibition of Torture?
The person that takes the life savagely of another should no longer benefit from the protections afforded under any legislation. The failure of the government to actually ensure the citizens of South Africa a safer country is no longer expectable.

26. Worldwide Consensus - Muslims Vote Against Child Marriage
Child Marriages were a social norm in the 7th Century when age of Consent was determined by Puberty. Today, there is a new social norm whereby anyone marrying a minor is considered a pedophile.
According to Islamic Jurisprudence, we, The Ummah have voted in a worldwide Consensus (ijma) and are by Islamic Law calling on the Scholars to protect our children and BAN this practice by 30 December 2010.
27. Reopen the investigation into the murder of Leanne Holland
As it stands, Leanne Holland's murder is now an unsolved cold case. The purpose of this petition is to force the authorities to reopen the investigation into who really killed Leanne Holland and to begin investigating the initial mishandling of the case by the original investigating team.
Graham Stuart Stafford was jailed for life in 1992 after being found guilty in the Queensland Supreme Court of murdering schoolgirl Leanne Holland.
He was convicted on circumstantial evidence of using a blunt object to bash to death the sister of his then-fiancee at a home in Goodna on September 23, 1991.
Graham spent nearly 15 years in prison for a crime he did not commit. He was released early in 2005 and on Christmas Eve 2009 had his conviction quashed pending a retrial. On March 26 2010 the Crown said that they would not be proceeding with a retrial.
28. Support Billy Caldwell's Right To Life
Little Billy Caldwell was born on the 26th July 2005 and at only 4 months of age little Billy awoke from his sleep stared wide-eyed for thirty second and then seemed to doze off. He repeated this two more times that night at thirty minute intervals.
Billy was eventually taken to the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children for further care under a specialist Neurological Paediatrician. Billy remained in the RBHSC for the next fourteen weeks as Charlotte watched as the doctor experienced the full range of seizures Billy was now taken. Eventually Charlotte was told their was no more they could do for her son and prescribed to Charlotte that sh would be shown how to administrate Morphine to Billy To Make his last few months on Mother Earth a little bit comfortable.
But Charlotte Caldwell Did not want her son to die so she researched and found a hospital in Chicago and today thanks to Charlotte Caldwell her son is alive but he needs special treatment which the Northern Ireland Government is now Refusing to give Billy.

James Bulger was just 2 years old when out shopping with his mummy he toddled off as all children do for just one minute.Two ten year old boys who had been playing truant were waiting in the shopping centre for a little victim. They took James off by the hand and was caught on CCTV. When his mother had realised James was gone they were already on there way out of the strand shopping centre leading little James by the hand.Along with many people who saw James that day over the time it took them to walk the little toddler two miles.They stopped now and again to kick him or punch him to stop him from crying for his mummy.
After they found a disused railway line which they must have been well aware existed were no one would see them.James was undressed, paint put into his eyes trousers and bottom clothing removed sexually assaulted with batteries. And then had large stones and bricks thrown at his head. When the toddler didn't die they hit him over and over with a cast Iron bar.And then laid him on the railway line so evil to make it look like an accident. They even weighed down the little boy with bricks on the track.James was found two days later by a young teenager.His small undressed body was cut in half.
His two killers aged ten at the time have since been released. Jame's family has been let down by the justice system so much.Now one of Jame's killers has broken one release rule by doing another crime!should he have been out in the first place?what they did was planned and they knew exactly that the little boy should die.Do you want this scum on a street near your child or grand son? put them back away now please help with this petition.
