Background (Preamble):
It’s been brought to my attention that for many years men/women have been cheating the child support system. They get paid under the table, but are driving new cars, and wearing nice clothes, but are not paying their child support.
How is this possible? We’ll let me tell you. Most of these men/women are married so everything is put in their wife’s/husband’s name. The man/woman knows that if everything is put in his/her wife/husband name child support cannot touch it. And when he/she goes to court he/she can keep telling them he/she is not working and still looking for a job. Knowing this is false.
I also believe that if they are putting cars and things and houses on Facebook this should be used against them as well. It is a public site.

Petition:
We as mother/father’s will not continue to allow the non-custodial parent lie to the system and use the system.
Our child needs the support for clothes, after school activities or other life events. We work very hard for our children while the other parent does nothing.
