Background (Preamble):
After consideration of the presentation made by the Efficiency Committee recommending that the School Board of the District of Franklin Lakes restructure its elementary schools according to the Modified Princeton Plan, the undersigned hereby oppose the plan and implore the Board of Education to vote against the adoption of any such restructuring plan.
We find the evidence presented to the public in support of the restructuring plan to be wholly lacking in substance. We cannot therefore support any Board members who vote in favor of the plan.
