Five hundred thousand young Americans attended the 1969 Woodstock festival in Bethel New York. The fortieth anniversary of this epic event is fast approaching.
Christopher Cole has written a first hand account of the impact of this event on the heart and minds of an entire generation in his novel entitled "The Closer's Song".
It is appropriate that his work should be enshrined at the Museum At Bethel Woods.

We petition to place a copy of the novel “THE CLOSER"S SONG” (ISBN# 978-1-4257-7042-6) on display at The Bethel Woods Center for the Arts - Woodstock Museum.
The novel, written by Christopher Cole (a Woodstock 69 Survivor) depicts the impact of one of America’s greatest historic and cultural events, upon the life of a learning disabled adolescent, and his entire generation.
