Petition Background (Preamble):
The Hartford Hurricanes Youth Football and Cheerleading Association is made up of over 200 youth ages 5-15 from the City of Hartford and is a safe haven for those very same children.
There are also a large number Of volunteers and parents who are a part of the Association. Currently the Hartford Hurricanes have no field to call their own.
We are asking the City of Hartford to step up and provide a safe and respectable home field for our youth.
