Direct TV tells new users Free PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION! No EQUIPMENT TO BUY! NO START-UP COSTS! as i coped from the ad this is good if you are new joining to direct TV but if your a old there is no deal.

But for older subscribers you get nothing, the dvr brakes over time, no-one comes to help you; they do not support the older subs.
We want answers and better service.
