Stop West Berkshire Rationing Community care

We, the undersigned, believe West Berkshire should increase the level of care to it's vulnerable and elderly people.

These are not needs that can be met by family or friends or by volunteers. For the Council to refuse or delay help is to abandon people in the twilight of their lives, or people with physical or learning disabilities who cannot cope any longer on their own.

There are times when the Council must, on behalf of all of us, step in.

Labour Reading helps over 2800 people with less than "critical" need.

Please sign our petition and urge your friends and neighbours to do the same. Let's get some humanity back into how we care for our senior citizens and other vulnerable people in our community.
