This petition is for those who support the introduction of a new policy for the Department of Family and Community Services to stop parents who were unfit to parent their own kids from becoming foster parents.
Petition:
We, the undersigned, in the interests of children who have already experienced unfortunate circumstances, demand that DOCs create and implement a policy to interview ALL foster parent-applicant's children, including those who do not live at home and are now adults, so as to ascertain the fitness of the applicant to parent a foster child.
