Background (Preamble):
This petition is designed to let the school board of Shawnee District #84 know that we do not believe it is in the best interest of the children, ages kindergarten through 5th grade, to be moved from the current elementary schools and placed in Wolf Lake.
Petition:
We, the people of the counties housing Shawnee district 84, call on the school board to vote no on the possible consolidation of the above named school district, which would result in closing the elementary schools and moving them to Wolf Lake.
