Background (Preamble):
Present legislation allows those committing sex offences against children to still have parental rights over their biological children.
In many cases, court cases for access are paid for by legal aid. There must be a change in the law to prevent perpetrators of these vile repugnant crimes abusing the systems in place and causing untold pain and stress to the families of these children.

Petition:
We the undersigned call upon the secretary of state for justice to change the current legislation to prevent perpetrators of sex offences from having any parental rights to their children and to stop them applying through courts of law for access.
