Stop ICBC Bullying

Background (Preamble):
Crown Corporations must be held to account. Autonomous Crown Corporations cost more than money.
Independent Statutory Agencies lack service provision.
Bullying Insured Driving Public should not be tolerated.
Intimidation of Insurance Claimants needs to stop Driver Property damage and Injuries resolved quicker.
Fair and equitable treatment required by all adjusters.
Stop delay, deny, deflect, deceit & disingeneous tactics.
My way or the highway culture is unsatisfactory.
Take it or leave it mentality must not be encouraged. All fraudulent claims must be investigated and stopped.
Safety on all our roads must be first priority. Violence toward Insured Driving Public must be stopped. Aggressive Drivers must pay higher insurance rates.
Allow Law enforcement to provide safer driver initiatives. Claim Centres need to provide better customer service. Customer satisfaction should not give way to contempt.

We, the undersigned, call upon the BC Liberal government to change/introduce Legislation to reign in "independent statutory agencies" and revert back to Crown Corporations and accountable to the electorate.
