Your Excellencies, Dear friends,
Millions of animal lovers from Romania, looking for support and your help in stopping the state authorities to launch soon, a project of mass extermination of stray animals (dogs).
We want respect for Community law in question, the Law 60/2004, Chapter III of the Strasbourg Convention, which talks about sterilization and reteritorializare, but the law 9 / 2008, International.
For 20 years, our politicians, all, are successively in government or parliament, have implemented a national program for monitoring the phenomenon, and now they Genocide these animals.
As EU citizens, taxpayers, we want respect for Community law in question.
