Background (Preamble):
As there were so many incidents of Diver Deaths in Singapore the previous years, and still the safety at work for Diving is not looked into, I want this petition to reach The Ministry of Manpower.
Petition:
I, Achalingham s/o Vethaya and the undersigned request the Manpower Ministry to take formal action on how projects are carried out in Shipyards and in the local Diving companies.
