Background (Preamble):
Professor Brian McGaw (Dean, Science, Technology & Engineering, La Trobe University) has proposed the closure of the Department of Electronic Engineering as well as the elimination of the Bachelor of Electronic Engineering Degree.
This in turn will have many repercussions including the total devaluation of our degrees of past graduates and students who are currently undertaking the degree.

We the students & graduates of the Department of Electronic Engineering call on the Dean of Science, Technology and Engineering to eliminate the proposed closure of the Department and its Bachelor of Electronic Engineering degree.
