Petition Background (Preamble):
It's proved nowadays that tobbaco smokes kill a lot of people around the world (smokers and non smokers who breath that smoke) and cause lots of deseases.
Many countries have now strict laws which forbid to smoke. But the Tobbaco Law in Spain doesn't protect non smokers health. It allows to smoke in lots of restaurants and bars (those with measures of less than 100 metres), so waiters, as workers, are discriminated, and childrean ar allowed to go in this places.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on the Spanish Government to forbid to smoke in all closed places.
We also ask for help to the Court of Strasbourg and the European parliament.
