Sign Language should be FREE for Deaf People

We, the undersigned, call upon Medway Council and other councils to SCRAP charges for Deaf people and their relatives to learn BRITISH SIGN LANGUAGE.

British Sign Language is a method of communication to deaf people, the same as learning English as a second language is to minority ethnic groups.
