Background (Preamble):
Many drunk drivers continue to drive drunk even after having their license suspended. Many more continue to drive with no insurance. We know the best way to help stop people from breaking laws is to increase fines.
If a driver knows that he will lose his car he/she may think twice. Friends or family may also think twice about loaning their car, especially if that vehicle is not paid for. Taking a drunk driver's car may not stop DUI's but it is worth a try and may save a life.
Just one life saved is worth passing this law.

We, the undersigned, call on state representatives to change the DUI laws to included the seizing of vehicles used while driving under the influence.
