this petition is an aid to a group of youths in the liverpool area who would like to get the council to build a dirt park for bikes.
Petition:
we the undersigned agree that sefton is lacking in cycling facilities of the nature mentioned by Mr Mortimore, we request that Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council provide the necessary funding and land for the afformentioned dirt park facility.
