In 13/2/2012, Sleep City was put into voluntary administration. It is now been taken over by PWC partners Michael Fung, Greg Hall and Guy Edwards.
In the event of liquidation, it is a norm that the biggest creditor such as banks will be the first to claim their debt. We as customers existing individually will very likely not be able to receive any entitlement. However, by combining as a large entity, we can increase our chances of recouping our loss.

We, customers of Sleep City, demand to the administrators of Sleep City that in the event of liquidation, we will unite as a single company, rather than an individual, to claim any entitlement arises from the liquidation.
