Recall the Representatives

This petition was published by Jason Boardman on Mar 16, 2010

Resolved: That if there is passage of the Senate Health Care reform bill in the House of Representatives without an actual vote on the bill itself that the following actions should be imposed:

1) The Bill even if signed into law by the President of the United States is null and void as it has not met the criteria set forth in Article 1 Section 7 of the Constitution;

2) That all members of the House who agreed to pass this bill without a vote be held accountable and face removal from their positions for violation of the oath of office which requires them to uphold and defend the Constitution;

3) The President, should he sign this bill, also should begin impeachment as he has also failed his oath in upholding and defending the Constitution;

4) Potential Treason charges be filed upon those who fit into categories 2 and 3 above.
