Re-paving of Neighborhood Roads

Background (Preamble):
The roads within the community beginning on the corner of Rose and Pleasant Valley are in very horrible shape. The roads contain numerous potholes and "patches" where the city has filled in potholes only to make uncomfortable bumps.
Not only is it terribly uncomfortable to drive in our neighborhood but it is also damaging to our vehicles. The numerous bumps and potholes inflict a lot of wear and tear to a vehicles suspension. The roads have been in this condition for many years.
It is to the point where it is unacceptable to have the roads remain in this condition. The City of Oxnard has neglected our neighborhoods roads long enough and needs to address the issue immediately.
