There is no health care benefit coverage for women who suffer from issues related to infertility. Only testing of infertility is allowed, there is no coverage for treatment of such.

We, the undersigned, say, Centra State Medical Center should allow Cigna Health care benefit coverage for infertility, not limited to in-vitro fertility and artificial insemination, including costs for medication.
