Please raise wait staff minimum wage in VA

Background (Preamble):
With the State wide minimum wage going up, food servers pay remains $2.13 per hour. After being taxed on tips, many times, we have a $0 pay check. According to LaborLaw.com, "If a tipped worker earns at least $6.55 per hour, the cash wage can be zero."
This is unconscionable. My goal is to raise server minimums to $4.15 an hour.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on VA Lawmakers to raise resturaunt servers minimum pay rate to $4.15 per hour. We feel that if everyone should be included in the new VA Labor Labor laws, not just the non-tipped.
We currently make $2.13 per hour, and often times, do not even get a paycheck. We seek to change this, and see to the fair treatment, and pay, of all.
