The Teaching Fellows are being made redundant in order to cut costs. They will suffer a 65% pay reduction if they remain teaching.
They will be replaced by PhD students who will not have as much experience as the Teaching Fellows have.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, are petitioning against the redundancy of the Teaching Fellows of the School of Accountancy and Business Finance.
We believe that we will benefit more from their experience than that of PhD students.
