Background (Preamble):
U.S.A introduced K category petitions for early family re-unions of fiance/fiancee and husband/wife but we people are suffereing alot due to unnecessary delays created due to inefficient security back ground checks and administrative processing.
Petition:
We, the petitioners and the beneficiaries, call on the U.S State Department, USCIS and U.S Embassies all around the world to eliminate these unnecessary delays that are creating frustration and annoyance in our lives.
Kindly expedite the back ground checks before issuing visas because a justice delayed is justice denied.
