The voice raised for parties concerning PDL4 is that to isolate the unitised project where this pdl4 should speak independently and speak separately for the interest of parties involve to the PDL area.
We need to operate distinctly for the rights of parties concerning and operate directly with the developer and the state.
The parties involve in environment under the banner of unitised project will firmly abolished to arrive to cease, and individual PDl has contain huge land mass where it represent to require to speak independently.
The PDL 4 should now be own its own and will protect interest relating to PDL other than dealing issues together.
