Background (Preamble):
Early Childhood Educators are underpaid and overworked. Becoming a member of the new College of ECE's will cost $150 per year, yet nowhere does it state that we will in turn get any pay raise out of it.
Most of us are making between $10-15 an hour. This is a disgrace for the work we do.

We the undersigned call on the Ontario Government to raise the pay of anyone who is Registered as an Early Childhood Educator in the College of ECE's as of February 2009.
