Background (Preamble):
The purpose of this petition is to record the support of the residents of the Olde Nott Farm Homeowners to form a tax drainage district for the purpose of installing underground drainage throughout the Olde Nott Farm community.
The drainage ditches, in places, is unslightly and the homeowners wish for the Clifton Park Town Board to facilitate the creation of the tax drainage district on behalf of the homewners.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, being homeowners in the Olde Nott Farm community call on the Clifton Park Town Board to create a 30 year tax drainage district for the Olde Nott Farm community.
The purpose of tax drainage district will be to cover the cost of implementing underground drainage throughout the community as noted on attachments 1 and 2 of this petition. By signing below, and completing the "In Favor" section, we authorize the Town Board to spend up to $175,000 for the entire project.
