Background (Preamble):
Please HELP STOP unneeded mandatory flood insurance. My house NEVER needed this insurance until after Katrina. My house WILL NEVER flood. YET I pat $300 extra mandatory insurance. That is what they pay on the Mississippi.
I have a small creek that will never flow "UP" it will flow away from my house if a flood EVER occurred.
