Background (Preamble):
On neopets it is against the rules for a guild leader to give out neopoints or items to their guild members and if the guild leader does this they will be frozen.

Petition:
I am a guild leader and would like to give my guild member prizes or neopoints but obviously i wont because that will make me lose my account so if you sign this petition guild leaders everywhere will be able to give out prizes:)
